Blake was surprised to hear that the girl, Keela was a witch, he had heard of them but never knew they actually existed.
Then he looked as Keela moved from him to the other girl, asking if she was alright.

Runa looked at the 2 as they talked, the woman was a witch, a real witch.
For a moment she wondered if she was anything like those in the stories, but quickly dismissed that thought, those were evil but this one saved her and now asked if she was alright.
"um, Hai" She said as she nodded her head in the Japanese manner, a single firm nod.
Then she looked at the man behind the witch called Keela.
"arigato for giving me your shirt Blake-sama" she said while giving an other nod.
Then she looked back at the woman Keela and then back to Blake.
"My name is Runa Fukada, Nice to meet you both"

She wanted to ask if Blake was something else as well but this would have been impolite so she refrained from it.

Blake nodded to the girl and grabbed his other stuff from the ground, slinging the seemingly staff on his back in its belt made holder (dont remember how those things were called, that stuff used to keep a sword strapped to the back), grabbing a belt that he strapped to his waist but not attached to his pants, the short sword medium was attached to the belt's back, hanging on Blakes lower back now while he hang the katars to the belt as well.
"sorry for the gear, I have had my reasons for being armed" he said to both girls in an attempt to calm them as he guessed that a heavenly armed man as him would likely be a bit terrifying.
"So..., I guess you both escaped here for the same reason I did, the humans" the word human had a little edge when he said it, not an edge of hate or anger or anything like that but more a personal note as he was still wondering where he and his tribe belonged, gifted human or something else????

if its atoms then its not directly freezing, but slowing the atoms down by cooling them down.
I dont know if that could actually freeze things in general trough (anyone able to clarify?)
anyway, if you can do that, wont you be able to do the opposite as well? warming atom to increase their activity and speeding things up?
trough it has the same question on the, can it set things on fire as slowing might freeze XD

well I can see this as a possibility at least ^^
I do think its better to have it as a limited time effect, so its not permanent, but can take a long time to wear off, trough I think speeding things up might wear off faster.

makes me wonder trough, if you can manipulate atoms to slow or speed things up, then can you theoretically time travel?
and if you speed up atoms far enough, then could you theoretically not effect their movement to break away from each other to reassemble together at an other place, like teleportation (trough not instant, as it takes some time to warm up enough (what can be mastered ti instant) but also the movement from one to an other and then reassemble would take some time)

well let me say this much:
I dont mind the freeze and burn if this would be possible (I think it might but on the other hand I wonder if I am wrong), so it would be fine, but I dont think the time travel and teleport would be possible since you either freeze the world or burn it, or yourself.
BUT you can also use time travel and teleport and ignore the freeze and burn effects

either way I accept
(I keep to my point of few that if you have one, you also have the other as its the same thing but just using it in an other direction)

well my idea was that he had already escaped before the rest, but oh well no biggy XD

I was planning such myself to add super powered hunters
and also scientists that left the facility after this and took some experiments with them.
BUT these will all be batch 3, so you need to wait a little

I do think that those that dont get to escape, for example 033 and perhaps 073 (as Haw is switching her to an NPC status when her new ones are done) to be recaptured and eventually brain washed, making them the only batch 2 experiments in the hunter line of batch 3.
you might even create your villain and keep him trapped in the facility for a 3th batch 2 hunter together with 033 and 073.
