No he thinks Shin is more of a around user who are less useful in a big group in corridors, but also as Charlie mentioned, Blade realized that 006, having been guided by 003 will be much more familiar with 003, so its better to keep them together.

meaning he assumed that 003, Shin will keep supporting and guiding Six torugh out this and aiming her (the rifle idea is allowed XD) to those that attack us.

well 066 basically assumed that Kapra(?) was going to hold the door for Jalo so he wont exhaust his powers, in the mean time she can slam thise that appear from the sides and give the door to Jalo when we need his powers as defense and counter.
but if she can carry 2 doors in good shape, then it can work with easy ^^

Considering the nature of the inflammation, it is not likely isolated constriction is the cause. It may just be an odd quirk in that the pathing might not be fully accessible during inflammation

Well it can still be the logic center BUT concentrated on only the math based area, leaving the other sections free.
just guessing, I do believe this could be a possible reason.

No her main reason for not being able to fight is because she needs to keep pulling up the pants she has gotten from 010.

so as math hets blocked your bloodflow to the brain might be increased for that section
