just noticed that Risak (007/ Lucky) has not been online for 5 days...
I guess that if I want to finish this damned war with that big bang I planned I need to use him as a temp NPC till the player returns

@Blackcat: your in the nick of time cause were really getting close to the point of no return/ the point were I need to close it for a while (until we get to the point of the 3e batch, then people can join again, trough they need to start as bad guys if they want to join our group XD)
so, put your CS up ASAP ^^

Blake wont speak up about his past himself (he is kinda running from it all XD) so he will only speak about it if asked by Runa or Keela
I dont see Runa asking him so... XD

only other option is Zmerr's char talking about it since he seems to know about what happened to his tribe XD

yeah, most of the cells have been broken open and not everyone has actually joined with the group for one reason o an other (mainly they did not came online again XD)
but some also broke out their self and started on their own path
seeing your power, I guess you can break out yourself and wondered around alone.
being one of the highest numbers, well being the highest means your cell was all the way in the back and I dont think all of those have been opened so you can just be roaming free yourself XD

I do suggest reading the first few posts, mainly mine as it is the start of the breakout event.

also added something small, the leader will be recognized by a rainbow colored disc that is embedded in his/ her chest (center of the chest for males, between the color bone for the girls)
this disc can be pulled out with no problems, the one that it will be given to is the next leader.
Black will not give it away without good reason, like he might be dying or cant act for a while or something else.

The colored can see the ring trough clothes and armor and what not (basically everything the leader wears) but is invisible otherwise.

The sickness was the first idea that made me use this image and the power. To be fair I don't want to go in gargantuan detail due to this power NOT EXISTING in our current era. I just thought an existing, rare and obscure disease that nearly halts aging what be interesting to glue with an aging ability. She doesn't really make things go 'faster' or 'slower' through contact but applies what they /would/ be in given period of time in the current /conditions/ they are in (Example, a puddle of water in the middle of the road on a cloudy day. She touches it and applies the senescence of say one week, the puddle progressively vanishes as it dries up as her power spreads on the en entire puddle). She has the ability to rot and rejuvenate, but not heal or anything of the sort.Slowing down and accelerating atoms would either freeze people or burn them up, same for inanimate matter... But either way sounds like an interesting individual to progress with! Faster speed wouldn't 'counter it' but rather still make them faster than anyone else who gets it. Say your character goes 100 mph (for example's sake) and normal people for this RP's standards barely go 10 mph. Your character will still be SLIGHTLY slowed down due to things slowing down around her. HOWEVER, it would be insignificant at this point in time as your character would still be like 80 mph. Get me?So it's all good? If it is may I have some guidance as to how I should start? :D

Well the atoms freeze and burn is one type of use, to be honest I can see how atoms might freeze if they slow down enough but I also wonder if that would be even possible (see my point in what is good, I can see the theory even trough I doubt if it can, but as I can see the theory I can accept that)
BUT in theory one can also increase atoms, or matter for that or slow them down WITHOUT the brun and freeze, using that you can start effecting time and matter, able to progress and return time for things one touch (trough one still needs to think of how far, so the puddle matter of one day still works) BUT one might in theory also teleport (trough that would be more for later when our powers start growing again)

the aging disease can be the corner stone for it still.
if the disease were to be modified to effect atoms of other stuff, then your powers would all work perfectly and you have 2 ways of growing (able to slow or speed others by effecting their time and teleport to space and time)

yeah, after we escape and some time in the story is passed I plan to allow everyone to grow in powers, so you got some suggestions now XD
anyway, If you were to accept this (after the line) then I see no problems at all
(the disease had the general issue that it should not effect inorganic matter, but if it is modified to effect atoms in general...)
just add the atoms part or not, just as long as we all know it its fine XD

I did said something about those that think they knew what I look for in "realistic" powers settings can accept if they think it fits
as long as someone can give a decent theory its all good in a way ^^
