well the powers of the childs do need to be connected to the parents due to the parents powers as its genetically linked.
not like with X-men where a child of cyclops can generate crystals or something XD (just a random example)

I do wonder however, eventually we will get a power upgrade, so how will that result with the child matter

BUT I also think some people might just give the child a cosmetic mutation
080 and 010 both possess clear appearance mutations, I can see how a child might get his/ her looks from them WITHOUT the powers that come with it

Blake looked at her when she touched his arm and noticed the concerned look on her face.
He sighed, but he figured he had told her this much and if he can stay with her then she deserves to know about that much.
Besides she just risked her neck for him, at least he can do is trust her.
"There all dead, my tribe had lived between the humans for a quite a while, we kept our powers a secret since ancient times, there have been more hunting's against us in the far past, so the elders made firm rules about being a keeping our powers a secret, it kinda felt wierd that there were those that were banished from the tribe, I guess that was where things went wrong, someone had leaked out our existence after the purging had started and it was not long till the military was at our door."
Blake looked at the sky again.
"At first we seemed to win, till they brought out the heavy arms,, tanks and flamethrowers, it quickly turned in nothing more then a mass slaughter.
I was not even in the village when it all happened, I was left at the village edge when I was just a small child, the elders took me in but wanted to find out where I came from, all I know is that it was likely a banished member, so I was out, only to come into the village during the fight, I quickly noticed the Elder who took care of me, its not hard to find a giant stone bird" Blake laughed at that comment.
"He told me what was happening and while I was prepared to fight, the elder grabbed me and literally threw me out of the place, saying that they were doomed and saving just me was all he could do, last thing I could see was how a missile blew his right wing off before I eventually plummeted in the ocean, I woke up on this island and have been running as a panther since, till I met you that is"

We were all manipulated physically, so the question would be more:
to what degree will these changes be fixed to our DNA?
I mean if we would find someone with a robotic arm it wont be genetic BUT all the things we really know about modifications dont show up in our children cause there mostly outside only, not genetically fixed..

I KNOW, look at plants, there are plants that have been genetically modified to create new breeds of flowers, BUT if we were to find any that can still have new children in those, will they be the same as before modification OR will it be the new breed?

its truly a good question...
we are not officially possessing these powers, so our children should not have them
BUT it is genetically added,so our children might

BUT then we have an other question, would these children possess the same powers of one of their parents, or a mixed new power or a stripped down one
I dont see them having new unique powers due to the reason for us having them, if its in our DNA now then our seed/ eggs possess the same modifications

"to bad I never got to use the damned spell, well at least not till now" a sarcastic grin crossed his face, mostly mocking himself.
"was one of the best warriors of the tribe, never got to see action when it counted trough" he said looking at the sky, he knew Keela was next to him, it was why he was talking out loud, normally he just thought these things, still he was talking to himself, or he was.

worst part is, she is a bookworm and can completely zone out of the real world
has been situations where you could actually drop something like a couple of jeans on her head and she wont even notice till she stopeed reading and only then notice the pain...
