Halo: Chimera project

20 years after the halo events have ended completely and the chief retired.
it had been peaceful for a long time, but eventually history would start repeating itself as a new war between the covenant and humans started.
Both sides off course had not been sitting and doing nothing, the covenant has new members and both possess new weapons.

But then things took a turn for the worse...
one of the still missing rings were found and the covenant remnants from the old times had found it first, trying to find a way to activate the ring.
this ring also possessed the Flood and since the arc was destroyed even more powerful defenses.

It was clear that this would turn to a war in order to stop the remnants and destroy the ring somehow, but the problem was, it was a free for all with 5 groups, all trying to take down the others.

the sentinels trying to kill the others
and then us, trying to stop both covenant fractions, kill the flood, survive the sentinels and destroy the ring.

and then came them....

In order to combat the 4 dangers and take down the ring, it was decided to quick start an experimental project.
The secret Spartan Mark CHII, the Chimera project!

This is where we come in, each player gets to choose from different base suits, the number of suits will be limited at first to ensure all suits are used (currently I need to find my note on how many there were) but once its clear that all suites are going to be used its basically open for all (depending on the number of players and those willing to make a second or even third char to make more then 1 team)

these suits will each have a specialization their are best suited for.
examples are: melee, range, support and terrain.
melee is best at close combat
range is best with firearms
support is best to support the others
terrain is best at moving across the field

We all will begin with a basic suit, basically a normal spartan soldier, but eventually get to modify the suits with possible upgrades fitting the specialty.
I plan to think of a credit and promotion system, trough I might use some aid with that to work out a good and fitting system.

the story will begin at our travel towards the halo, beginning with the 4 enemy types I mentioned before, new, remnant, sentinel and flood
also we will find the Promethean eventually and I got a nice little chaotic plot twist as well ^^

guess some hours might be better if we all work together on the 3 girls rooms, we should be able to fix it that much then it would work with how the other side (Zmerr and co) can go though their actions and day XD

there it is, as mentioned in the opening post, all the hiders (aside the rules) are empty at this point but I will soon work on it all ^^

A world like the one in Naruto, yet its different, you wont find any of the main character here, new villages and in general new biiju's.
this is a world I will create and where others can join in, make their own clan if they want, or chose from one I premade eventually.
perhaps you get lucky, or unlucky and get a biju.

but the main thing to know, the villages have established alliances and came with a new type of team, a team made from members of the 3 allied villages, giving complete freedom to join any village for what ever reason you choose it and still work with others.
the teams will be separated so that even if we have 2 teams from the same villages, they will have their base in an other village

as in naruto, you'll get jobs, the jobs are depending on the villages the team belong to.
there will also be one set that will be the start of the bad guys, no one will be told which ones these are, people might find out based on the missions but perhaps they wont...
as we all start out as genins (aside the sensai's) the intel of why some get to do what they need to do is limited, it might just be an war planning between villages, it might be simple industrial espionage it could be the bad village.

this world will have no real ending and can go all ways, suggestions of all types are welcome as I will give as much freedom as possible (as long as it wont be too much or break certain rules and settings)

First I want to say, in general I am pretty open minded and allow a lot of things, so I never really made a rule list, making this the first, so bear with me for faulty ones, if anything is listed that people have their doubts about please say so.
normally I allow a lot so dont feel intimidated by the possibly long list, its all pretty much the same under the no god modding setting, just some things are highlighted.

-please no one liners, In some cases I can accept it but please limit it to as good as never.
-respect others.
-no god modding
-keep to the limits provided on the jutsu number.
-when adding a new justu please ask me if its alright (I will allow a lot but I have seen people who were genin making justus that would break laws of naruto world settings and made them invincible and all that so...)
-you are allowed to make multiple characters.
-when the first plot event has ended, I will accept other idea's though PM
-Depending on demand and point in the RP, I might or might not make a Atatsuki and accept applications for this (but please ask to add a char to it first as I may need to think of some new CS settings for this)
-you are allowed to make your own clan, first submit the clan sheet before making a CS with it (in case of issues)
-feel free to ask any question on your mind
-biiju's will be divided randomly though a random number generator, so no complaining on who gets what biiju and who gets out of luck
-biiju powers and beast type are not open for discussion unless stated.
-if you want a biiju char then tell me before making a CS for it
-you can add a biiju to an existing CS BUT its perhaps better to add it to a new Character.
-at first it will be a one Biiju per player to give some type of fairness.
-no one is allowed to start as Gaara, they may be aware of the biiju but they cant use it in the beginning.

Hamasti's clan ability is an extension of the 5 elements a ninja can have.
The clan has no natural pattern of first and 2e element based on the parents as each member possess the genes for all 5 but in general only 2 become active in their live.
example: father has fire as 1st and wind as 2e, mom has fire as first and water as second, the child might have lightning as first and earth as second.
in rare cases some might get more, in these cases its more common to have 3 elements, any more is truly a miracle and up till now only 2 have ever gained the unique trait to get 5 elements, one being the first kage of the village and founder of the village, the other is one of the sensai's for the rp.

the exact ability is to turn their entire body into one of the (2) elements, limiting their elemental chakra to only that type but gaining different traits (depending on both the element as user) for example, a water can fall of a cliff and survive as the body will pull itself together in water shape.
in a case of a 3e element, then when not using the bloodline power they cant use any jutsu's of the 3e element, example:
1st ell is fire, 2e is wind, as any ninja the member can use both elemental jutsu's when normal
turning into a fire form limit the jutsus to fire only, wind same story
when turning into a 3e ell, such as earth, then they can use earth jutsus, BUT only in earth shape.
when in normal shape again, they can still only use fire and wind.

-Jutsu's: The clan possess 1 jutsu that all members get thought, a seal less jutsu where they place chakra in a object (often a weapon) and gain different abilities (depending on the user as everyone creates their own moves depending on their preference)

-History: The Hamasti clan's history began far before the villages were build.
a single ninja took his family and ran for a war, entering the realm of the summon animals, dragon district, there the man talked to the head of all dragons, during this talk the dragon gave the man and his family the power that is now the bloodline limit, able to gain all 5 elements.
from there on the man created the village and made a special pact with the dragons.

one of the darker legends however told how the man eventually became obsessed with living forever, trying to find a way to keep himself alive and turned himself into a dark 5 tailed dragon, but was supposed to have died due too the dragon king killing the man.
The story says the soul of the man lived on however and keeps returning in his own decedents, carrying his blood, something he uses to possess his dependents, trying to take over by forcing them to become a new dragon, most have died as none were physical able to take the power, ripping their insides out though the skin.

The black hole jutsu uses the same type of dimensional manipulation in the shadows, or dark matter, to create a real black hole at the point it is aimed at, this hole sucks everything in it (even its maker is careless), the hole needs to be shut down automatically or it will remain and keep growing eventually, forcing the members of the clan to act if someone made a hole and died or left it, if the maker gets sucked it the hole collapse. all that gets sucked in gets thorn apart between dimensions, entering a type of space not meant to contain matter and thus acts like anti-matter
