So I edited Daniel's profile, again there's a reason why his named Rubberbando and I wanted to make sure the reason would be okay in Firo's concept first. I'm tempted to see how many of you guys get the reference.
Kodol wiped the sweat from his brow using a large towel. Leaning against a wall from the straining workout as he breathed heavy. He had looked around at some of the other new recruits that were passing through. Too winded to make much conversation with them as he grasped his large belly to scratch it. Suddenly though 6Speed, one of the other new recruits who clearly always had energy to burn came up to him. Too suddenly for Kodol’s sake as he was surprised, letting out a shriek and wobbling off his position on the wall. Flopping over and landing with a very mighty thud that shook the foundation. “Uh yeah hold on….” Kodol called out as he got up with relative ease. “What’s up? Besides causing me to help probably take a few years off this building…” Kodol said as he awkwardly scratched his hair and blushing with a grin.
Wiccan, Hulkling, and Ben 10 all stayed in the same row and were waiting patiently for the chaos to unfold. Though a sudden sour note hit the air when Captain America suddenly made the call to capture Red Skull. “Oh man, we’re not cut out for this.” Wiccan muttered under his breath. “I mean who is that guy anyways?” Hulkling’s large green hand cupped Wiccan’s shoulder. Ben meanwhile though remained quiet, tapping his shoe against the bed and looking just as not happy with leader’s call. It wasn’t exactly the confidence booster that their leader, still rocking a dent in his head from the shield slamming into it, was making his own calls.
The ship landed and suddenly everyone had a moment of knowing what warfare was like for Bucky. Even though Teen Lantern’s giant kraken monster was rampaging through HYDRA forces. Wiccan upon getting out immediately provided shield support for the others while Ben twisted the knob on his omnitrix to Metacopy. His hair changing to black with a white tip up front. But that didn’t last as he grabbed Hulkling’s arm. Turning into a copy of the half skrull/half kree quickly. Sprouting wings and claws to swoop into battle. All the while making noises equating squealing glee as he flew around and kicked ass.
Meanwhile though, Hulkling stayed behind Captain America’s lead a few steps. Helping provide back up but also making sure Cap wasn’t about to go and do something stupid. Which sure enough happened as he got smashed around by the rather large man hater. As she gloated about getting to break Captain America though, a sudden smash through the wall next to her with a superman punch revealed Hulkling as he landed the punch square on her jaw. He dusted himself off landing as he reached out for Captain America’s hand. “Come on Cap lets get this she beast.” Hulkling called out to him.

In the meanwhile my character is ready. I was considering having his powers come from a stone he found in an asteroid that crash landed on Earth. Which if you see his superhero name should ring a bell. However I figured this fell in line more with the metahuman thing you were looking for.
NAME : Daniel Hardy
SUPERHERO NAME: Rubberbando
AGE and BIRTHDAY: 16, Jan 18
APPEARANCE: Standing at a tall 6’2 without using his powers, Daniel has a slim but athletic build, blue eyes, and jet black hair that is usually slicked back stylishly. Typically Daniel remains his usual self but at school will routinely use his powers to puff out his muscles. Making himself look much more muscular to mock the popular students. Fashion wise Daniel is considered a high stylish guy. Often mixing up his looks on a day to day basis but never to the point of being outrageous.
For his costume, since Daniel STRONGLY hates spandex (he says it felt like his clothes were trying to strangle his ‘twigs and berries’) he has a special suit that is treated to work with his powers. The suit is a pair of black striped pants, with a white short sleeve button up, a skinny black tie, a dark blue vest, a black with dark blue trim fedora, and a pair of black sneakers. Along with all this a domino style mask that sticks to his face.
GENDER: All male baby!
PERSONALITY: Even though he is a good natured guy, one who is easy to get along with if you try, and can make you laugh in an instant. Daniel also has a mouth that while its gotten him out of trouble, has more often times gotten him in trouble. His snarky, isn’t afraid to say what is on his mind, and isn’t one to back down. He can be self centered at times, and sometimes can certainly be too lazy for his own good. Daniel still means well, and genuinely loves helping others. That said, Daniel is too used to his own powers, and will occasionally use them without thinking. Either in public or hanging around someone not used to them.
BACKGROUND: The son of world renown scientists, it is a surprising change to go from meeting them to meeting their only son Daniel. A good mannered but slightly dim kid. He grew up normal in a normal life. Though he was popular in his schooling with his keen fashion senses and good natured ribbings. However it was in middle school when Daniel ended up on a camping trip with his dad. Having a blast when one night, after going out in the middle of the woods. Found himself lost and wandered until he found something incredible. A small asteroid crater amongst the trees that had inside of it a small red gem. When Daniel touched it, his body became super elastic. Quickly he hid it and kept it to himself. Trying to learn how to use it and eventually making it into a nondescript necklace that he wore all the time. Even when he slept and showered.
Seeing serious potential in becoming a superhero. Daniel joined the academy behind their backs, with them still not any the wiser about it or his powers. The dreams quickly turned sour though. As he saw the ruthlessness of how the school board saw no potential in him. His powers were too ‘weird’, he wasn’t strong enough, fast enough, Daniel wasn’t anything. This frustrated Daniel, who saw those considered elite as nothing special compared to him. Especially when it came to smarts and quick wit. As often elite students who tried him would get berated and embarrassed. Sure Daniel would usually end up getting punched around like fresh bread dough for it, but he never once second guessed the notion. He knew he was better than them, and he knew someday he can prove it.
POWERS: With a body that is completely elastic. Daniel can stretch a limb or his entire body the length of three miles before there is any strain or discomfort on himself. Also he can mold, shape, inflate, compress, or do plenty of other things with himself allowing for a multitude of things. Plus with some work and a proper disguise, he can mold his face and resemble someone with time to prepare. On top of his powers, Daniel is self training himself on a new fighting style to play off of his powers. Designed after studying capoeira and old school breakdancing.
REASON FOR DETENTION: Daniel’s powers and fighting style are not considered to be an adequate sufficiency to produce well enough results in real world situations. Plus he has shown a repeatedly hard stance against wearing any spandex suit, not falling in line with academy protocol. Not only that, but constant smart ass behavior towards elite students. Most recently referring to one throughout the school day as “Bigmeat McNobrains” and insinuating that said student had the IQ of a small special-educated monkey.

In all fairness I'd totally go for Unforgettable Summers too, that also sounds fun.
