Oliver did as Tim instructed, silently. The world was coming to an end. He had to be what he had to to survive. He hummed 'Familiar Faces'
He looked at what Jax was doing. "He's a psychopath." He grinned. Good thing they were on his side.
"YO, JAX, GET THE FUCK IN THE CAR!" He got ready to do as Tim instructed. Dammit. He hadn't meant for this to happen. Well, they needed to find some good shelter anyways.
"NOT FOR MY LIFE!" Oliver shouts back. He hopped into the Humvee, and threw his weapons in the back. He closed the door, not before kicking a rotter away.
He picks up his backpack and makes a mad dash towards the Humvee. He slid as a rotter groped at him, and kicked it away. No. I can't leave these things alive. I have to, if I want to live. I'll live to fight another day. He stands by the Humvee, killing any rotters who get close to him with his bat.
Oliver nimbly dodges two rotters who are about to bite him, and guns them down with 3 shots. He slings the rifle over his shoulder, picks up his bat and knocks another's legs out from under them. He bashes its face in, and hits another as it comes at him. "Enough talking. We need to GO!"
"You know what, screw you! This is the freaking apocalypse! I don't need sentimental bullsh*t right now! You don't have any control over me anymore. No grown-ups do! So you need to back off!" His screaming attracts many 'Rotters'.
Oliver laughed. "Don't strain yourself, old man, you might hurt your back." He says this good naturedly. He puts his bat down and helps him out. A picture falls out of his pocket. It's a family photo from when he was 12. He hurries to pick it up and shove it in his pocket.
"True, sir. That's why I'd like to stay with you all. You said you were a captain? You must know how to shoot. Listen, I beat my Dad to death with this bat, and shot my Mom with this gun. But knowing how to bludgeon someone isn't gonna cut it." He gets into the moment. "I need to know how to shoot those bastards. I want to kill them all. I won't spare a single one. They'll never cross paths with me and leave alive."
