Oliver sat down, with his handgun in his right hand, staring at the stump of his arm. "Maybe they could give me an advanced prosthetic. Wouldn't that be something."

"I repeat, who are they?" Tim's freaking out. Oliver scanned the tree line, looking for signs of movement, his handgun raised.

Scott managed to say one sentence, "That was sad. Can't take some smoke and a joke, kid?" Wow. He can't have any fun, can he? Ugh, and he immobilized me! Buzzkill. You'd think here, I'd be able to have some fun. He tried to move. Nothing. Well, I know my powers can harm people now. Sweet. However, my lungs have adapted to breathe in smoke. Or else using it as a getaway would be way more difficult.

Oliver looked at Tim. "Calm down, Major Tom. Ground control. Listen, we should get out of sight. At least until they arrive. And who are they, anyway?"

Scott noticed the other boy look around the room. As soon as he calmed down, Scott summoned a ball of smoke, and made it float over and engulf the boy's head, trying to frighten him. He started laughing again, not stopping, even though he could if he wanted. I take it back. I definitely want to stay here. Scott continued to surround the kid in smoke, laughing harder and harder.

History: Levi's entire family was killed by a Demon, and though he knows our machines are weak against them, he believes in slaughtering all of them. As a kid, he exercised quite a lot, running through the cities, astonished at the great machinery and architecture. Him and his brother had always planned to join the war, but when his brother was killed, Levi was even more determined. Most of the time he doesn't care what they say about the Angels, his enemies are the Demons. His parents had taught him how to fight when they learned of his desire(this was before they died, of course.)and they did it quite well, seeing as Levi's father was a soldier.
Powers: Levi is astonishingly fast, not quite to a superhuman degree, but not too far from it. While many would think he uses it to flee his enemies, he uses it to fight them, running circles around them and dodging to an extraordinary degree. As well as using it to make quick jabs with his spear, weakening them to the point where he can make the final blow.
Weapons: A spear, that he made specifically to grow accustomed to his speed. It has a small, hard blade, but in the thick of battle it is very useful.
Equipment: Steel-toed boots, and a short black cloak.
Appearance: Levi has short, black hair, with pale skin. He has a lean body frame, as he is athletic, and works out frequently. Surprisingly, his legs are not very long. He has a scar by his lower lip, after the encounter with the demon. He wears a black button-up, with grey jeans.
Other: Theme song is 'Wolf In Sheep's Clothing' by Set It Off.

Scott leaned back in his chair. I'm not doing this crap. If they kick me out, then I'll just be shipped off to another foster home. I'm used to it anyways. He watched the other people around the room, observing them, and speculating their strengths and weaknesses. He made his pointer finger and middle finger into a 'V', put it up to his mouth, and acted like he was smoking. He laughed quite loudly, and clapped his hand over his mouth. So much for going unnoticed while I'm here. He continued to work, glancing around the room.
