To whome it may concern,
I, captain Moody of the sailing vessel Liberty, am seeking a first mate. Applicants will be expected to do as the captain directs, and give advice when called upon. You will also be expected to take charge with crew and give orders as they are needed. Should the captain be out of commission or off the boat, you shall be tasked with the Liberty's upkeep and crew well being. Compensation is upto, but not exceeding, 5% of loot, money, and or treasure as the captain sees fit.
All applicants please find the captain, one Austin Moody, at the dried rat bar and tavern in Barbados. If you are able to read thank you very much for your intensest.

Say its over 3000 years in the future. The human race has taken to the stars and is running very thin.
