Howdy folks! This is DuskGrim; I also go by Jin more recently.
A little bit of history from me (and to carbon date myself);
I have been roleplaying since the good ol' days of AOL starting with NeoPets forums before graduating to anime RP on forums (much like this one) in the ProBoards side of things. This would eventually turn into more privatized RP on AOL Messenger and fanfiction writings, that would eventually change to Skype messages and then from Skype to a couple of other alternatives (other forum boards, myspace, facebook messages, etc) before landing eventually on Discord and some RP groups in MMO's and across some clans in the shooter space and even some RP on more mature sectors which I won't name.
I won't bother to put a number to all that but I'll let you super-sleuth it out.
I especially enjoy DnD, Anime, gaming (RPGs, Shooters, the works), writing, drawing, etc, etc. I like making complex characters and interesting worlds as well as intriguing concepts for existing properties. Here's hoping I get to experience it all with you all here going forward!
As for my roleplay style? Because I like to write I do like to get detailed especially when setting up the world or other such things but I'm not about trying to rehash information already known just to fluff up my word count. Often times, like real life, there's not a lot else to add so having the occasional one or two-line reply is fine by my standards but when it comes time for more interactive/active sections you can bet there'll be paragraphs galore.

Sci-fi (Halo, Star Wars, etc)
Cyberpunk
Fantasy (High/Moderate fantasy preferred)
Dark Fantasy
Post-Apocalypse
Player over Narrator (I've played Narrator/general World Builder often, would like to be a player most times)
I'm okay with most themes save for going too far out to pasture with some interests and getting too detailed about more graphic aspects. Anything your curious about? Don't hesitate to ask.
