Argon Charr observed team RWBY from a tree some distance from them running a facial scan on each member to see if they had any bounty on them. After it coming blank on all the team he activated his jet-pack and landed in-front of the team "Greeting can you tell me where I am?"
Argon Charr using his jetpack hopped from tree to tree using his rangefinder to see if he could spot anyone.
I'm going to go with an amber color for his blasters.

-He wears traditional Mandalorian armor made from Mandalorian Iron (called beskar in the Mandalorian Language) which is noted for its high durability from blaster fire fire even lightsaber resistant.
-The helmets almost always possessed a T-shaped visor and a sophisticated heads-up display (HUD),
-the armor can be sealed to protect the wearer from hostile environments and helmet was built with a built in filtration system.
- he has several weapons mounted on his armor these include a wrist mounted flamethrower and rocket launcher
- Other weapons he carry's are two DE-10 blaster pistol, a Mandalorian assault rifle, combat knife, a short single edge sword about 3 feet long, and a Bes'bev was a traditional Mandalorian flute. Forged from beskar iron, a bes'bev was a combination of musical instrument and melee weapon. At one end, a bes'bev was cut to a sharp tip, similar to a quill stylus, and this bladed end made the instrument ideal for stabbing and drawing blood. He knows several traditional Mandalorian songs.

Ignace raised an eyebrow at hood figure "can I least know your name?" he asked.
Ignace was blasted back by the lighting through the door of the abandon bar. The guardsman manage to get him self standing again using a table for support his chest plate scorch and smoking.

Ignace let his hand rest on his laspistol "what im I? I a solider of the God Emperor of man!" he shouted drawing and fighting his laspistol into the hood figure.

The hooded man starts laughing."You really think that pitiful weapon scares me?" He asks, as he used his telekinesis to peel Ignace's finger from the trigger, and by doing so breaking it to many places.
The imperial guardsman droped his lasgun and grabed his hand, Ignace glared at the hooded man "who are you?" he asked reaching for his laspistol with his good hand.
Having his rifle still Ignace raised it at the hood figure "Back up now! Attack a solider of the Emperor carry's heavy punishment," he flipped of the safety on his lasgun as he speaked.
