Simple suggestion about GM tags.

We believe the GM tag is tied to the 1st post, so it might be tougher to implement than more Co-GMs.

Considering that there's only one real difference between GM and Co-GM at this point (appointing/removing Co-GMs), its not really a major distinction.
a "better" solution would be to empower moderators to be able to change the author on first post, for circumstances like when the GM wants to quit but the rest of the players (and Co-GMs) want to continue.

Also, upping the roof on Co-GM count would be helpful and require less work.

This is an evil campaign and the NPC granting our party quests and such is a night hag. The 'horse' in question is a nightmare.
[_E PC] "Curious horse you have."
[Night Hag] "I call it my little Nightmare. Do you know how they are made?"

[CG PC] "That doesn't seem very nice."

the guild lacks the function for "add space after paragraph" that google docs has, on account of the editor being simpler.

There's always the fun that ends up happening after a party of four (levels 2, 2, 2, 3) decides to feed the starving vampire spawn without doing anything as wise as restraining it. One of them held his arm above the vampire's mouth, then cut into it with a knife.

The vampire spawn, being cowardly, did not want to attack a larger group, however, when someone practically presents themselves as food like that, it turns out that vampire spawn do bite the arm that feeds it.

ten rounds of combat or so later and all but one were dead or dying. That one had wizened up and ran away, barricading the trapdoor down into the cellar the others were in.

We made the map with texual/verbal input from the other to GMs.

as for the wetness? we keep a few creatures hovering over our docs. they occasionally tend to slobber.

We personally use google docs for organizing large RPs.

Ignoring the various collab/CS/note-things-down docs, our doc list for just one RP counts 44 docs.
many of those are no longer in active use, but they were relevant for the crafting of the RP.

The important thing to do when you use something like google drive for organizing a massive RP is to have a system in your folder and in naming docs. In our case, we used numbers in front of doc names, plus an archive.

01-19 = various work docs, like RP core plan, interest check a few workbenches and such. This category also holds the doc containing the first/zeroth posts for the RP thread.
20-29 = GM sheets
30-39 = Side stories set outside the RP's main continuity
40-49 = Lore docs

An alternate organization is to use multiple subfolders, but we found that numbers made it easier to find the right doc when we needed it.

This setup was made for an RP with three GMs.

Though unusually small in size, there is no mistaking their nature: These creatures are Sithspawn.” He disabled his near-white lightsaber, hooking it back onto his belt. “Even now that they are dead, I can sense how the power of the Dark Side oozes from them. Tuk’ata, they are called. Sith Hounds. If there had been any doubt before about a powerful Sith residing here, the presence of these vermin firmly put them to rest.”

“Not to order you about, Master Fa, but from the frolicsome nature of the local wildlife, it appears wise to set up a barrier around this compound. Preferably something able to withstand creatures the size of fully grown rancors. There is no telling what may be out there.” as he said this, he casually waved towards the surrounding jungle. He knew it wouldn’t be easy to set up proper barriers in jungle like this, but at least the general slope of the terrain would mean that not everything would wander this way. Hopefully.

The battle, short though it had been, told him yet again that he was getting old. If the mission hadn’t been this important, he would gladly have gone elsewhere, maybe find some younglings to educate. But of course, he couldn’t do that. Not with so many knights and padawans in the hands of the Sith. He wouldn't truly be able to rest until they were saved from whatever fate the Sith had in mind for them. If that meant working with this Strike Team, then so be it.

If this works as intended and there's interest in longer writings too, then perhaps one can start up a longer one on the side for say, 700-3000 words or such. But step one should be to get this section active again.

Not a bad idea. One important thing to make sure for such is to not have rule-overload.

beyond setting time constraints and following guild rules, a contest doesn't really need much in the way of rules.
