Hello!
Recently I joined another Roleplaying forum set in a kind of futuristic but victorian world (steampunk, I guess) and I got this idea for a character who works in a dark Victorian carnival. She was a prostitute until she joined the circus and worked as an assistant to a magician who claimed he was a necromancer (though of course, it's all a big trick). As a part of her job, she has to go to graveyards and dig up dead bodies for acts in his show.
I haven't got the whole story down but I think it would turn out extremely dark, even messed up at times. I also imagined a sort of dark romance as well. So hopefully you'll be up for it. Nothing gaudy or too sexual though. I'm not interested in that.
I'm looking mainly for male characters, preferably someone who would play the magician. But if you are interested in this idea and have other suggestions whether or not you want to play that character I'm looking for, let me know! I'd love to RP with you even if you're not interested in playing a magician. The idea is completely open :)
