Spiderverse: the Return

This whole meeting took on more of a freakish nature than the hazel-eyed Silk had anticipated. Spidermen (and well women) gathered and listened in respectful silence as the calm-toned FF spoke first about the removal of masks and then the impending danger. As reluctant to pull off her mask Silk felt in the beginning, she decided was it really worth causing a commotion over as all these spidermen/women were from different universes anyway and wouldn't really be able to out her secret identity anyway. Silk slowly removed her mask and smiled a half smirk as she too, moved towards the back. Staring down the spider-guy who had moved towards the rear before her, her resting bitch face could be enough to unnerve even the dalai lama.

As more of the debriefing went on, Silk found herself yawning quite loudly when the spiderman next to her decided to ask more questions. Which meant drawn out talking. It was quite rude of her but that was her personality. After getting the basics, she was ready for the action already. The Thor goblin though, the idea of that seemed particularly grandeur and was an idea maybe she'd try to get one of these guys or someone back home to start thinking about. She imagined herself with the hammer -- goddess in her own right laying down the law and especially on the peter parker in her own realm. Idiot guy.

She snapped out of it and tuned back in for something about captain america. Okay... "So then let's quit the idle chatter and let's go save him." She smirked again as her hair fell back in front of her face.

BRIEF Bio - Taken up by her older brother after her powers came to fruition her first day of culinary school, her expanding ability has really taken a toll on Veronica's school life. She still goes to classes but is finishing up a lot more slowly than she would have preferred. Her love life is also zilch thanks to training but besides her fiesty tongue towards the situation, she wouldn't have it any other way. She's also ready to step out of her elder brothers shadow.

"I can handle myself, Virgil!" Veronica slammed the house door as she walked off into the night. Going out so late in the streets of Dakota city was probably okay if you weren't the daughter of a prominent cop but that was besides the point. Veronica had recently gained metahuman abilities a season ago and was learning to keep them under control. When she got heated like this her body started sparking up (literally). Causing power outages in her home probably wasn't a good way to keep her secret identity at bay. It seemed that ever since finding out her brothers true identity with the fruition of hers, he tried to teach her but in most ways treated her more like his kid sister than ever. Even Gear noticed it but always the passive genius, he kept out of it.

As she neared the junkyard (where she always went to practice, who should show up but one of the worst rivals Static had told her about. Ebony. "Heh. Well look who's out here all alone tonight. You trying to play superhero, kid?" That sly raspy mobster voice was enough for her to immediately go onto the defensive. "Stay away from me. I've just about had it tonight."

"Oh so you think you're tough now?"He said as he slid into a 2d shadow form on the ground to attack her.

"You were warned." As soon as he wrapped himself around her, her body lit up in blue electricity, part of it the raw uncontrolled part that came from her emotions, the other part of it controlled, but it had as much energy as sticking two pieces of metal simultaneously into two electrical outlets. "AGGGGGGGGH" he yelled. As he let go of her, he sunk into the concrete and retreated.

"Hmph! don't mess with...me..."She said as she began to feel weak. As she fell backwards Static caught her on his reinforced steel disc. "I know you can handle yourself sis...but you're always going to be my younger sister and i'm always gonna be protective of you..." She mumbled something. "I guess maybe, i could treat you more like a partner though..." she was asleep by then as he flew the pair back home.

No you don't need to have any knowledge of what's going on in that roleplay unless we have a crossover. which i would give a sweet and to the point summary of what's going on and basically the aim of the crossover separated in chapters. But that's a long time off especially not until we've been doing our stuff for awhile and get into the feel of things. @blue demon @queen cobra

In the city that truly never sleeps, a band of selfish, scheming and sublime women forge an unexpected bond in order to get what they desire. Unwittingly, they come to an agreement that to get what they want, they must work together. The city lights shine bright but not as bright as the moon's glare on the jewels from their last heist. By day in Coast City, these women live another life, one that couldn't be farthest from satisfying what they crave. Money, Power, Fame, Love... In this world, only the toughest will survive, but the most cunning will thrive.

Set in the same universe as Young Justice 2020, this roleplay will feature a more mature cast of women with different reasons and goals in order to get what they desire. We're villains but we on occasion help the "heroes" when our end desire is close or we need to use them in order to help our means. So this roleplay will be set (obviously)in Coast City. We'll start off this roleplay with the formation of the Queens of Coast City and after, end up hitting the road as the baddest chicks around.

Well...That is somewhat true on my part since I'd have more time now. after this final today is summer for me. Idk though I just hated how most of the development wasn't my own because I had to be Mia even when the games were running / between reboot year skips.
