Powers/Primary Skills - gravity manipulation (something like telekinesis), cosmic energy blasts (must channel them through a weapon, mainly uses her 'cosmic staff' modeled after 21st century's Stargirl)
Weaknesses - Suffers from severe anxiety disorder, however when she's on her meds she's more stable. Same standard weaknesses for any human in light futuristic body armor.

Brief Bio -
The planet Xanthu was a planet colonized by the people of Earth around the 30th century. The planet had several mountains in it's geography, and after exposure to certain alien elements in the mountains dozens of people have been born with metahuman abilities. Teala Kallor was one of these metahumans, however she kept her abilities secret until her anxiety got out of control in secondary school. Afterwards she was put on medication and eventually participated in an Olympics type of athletic program/tournament as the governments were looking to create a unit of super police to protect the planet.
Soon after, Cosmic Boy along with Lightning Lad, and Saturn Girl formed the Legion when Teala was still just fifteen years old. With the permission and support of her family, Teala flew across an entire space sector to make it to Earth to join this new superteam and protect not just one planet but the entirety of the United Planets. During her trip, Teala crossed the trail of a strange comet and was given powers rivaling that of Kryptonians and Daxamites. These powers quickly faded after her first mission with the team fighting the Fatal Five, however Teala found a new ability in channeling cosmic energy through a metal weapon or object. She called herself Stargirl from that point on after crashing through the Superhero Museum in Metropolis while battling Validus.
After years of standing with the Legion, when Brainiac 5 stabbed the team in the back, Stargirl was hit hard after the death of her teammate from Naltor, whom she had feelings for. She remained off the radar like several other Legionnaries but also stopped taking her meds for some time until Cosmic Boy met her with a flight ring in his hand.
Notes - When she joned the Legion years ago, her original alias was 'Gravity Girl' and she possessed gravity manipulation as well as super strength, speed, and durability from exposure to the comet trail. After her first mission with the team her new powers burned out fighting the behemoth Validus and she was thrown through the Superhero Museum. In the debris she found a cosmic staff replica from a Star Girl (of the 21st century) display and managed to channel cosmic energy to blast Validus. Brainiac 5 at the time thought this cosmic staff was the real deal from the 21st century but proved that to be false. He then discovered her new ability to channel cosmic energy through a metal conduit.
Her staff has several compartments with her meds and is nigh unbreakable. At times it's as if she rides on it while in flight. Anyone can pick the staff up and use it like a weapon, however Teala is the only one who can channel cosmic energy through it and blast people.
This is a genderbent take on Starboy, right down to the relationship with a Legion member from Naltor. Came up with the Gravity Girl schtick after reading about Starboy's extra powers from his classic adventures but made Teala's more short term. Made her alias as Stargirl come from crashing through the museum and gave her the staff/added power since we don't need anymore Kryptonian like muscle.
