Jack withstood the beating he was taking from the elderly man as he looked over to Alexei and Melinda. "Are you two done over there yet? I don't have much time left before I go back to normal, then this guy is going to start breaking my ribs with these hits." he said as a particularly fierce hit from the old man threatened to knock him over but he quickly regained his balance.

I think we just got ourselves into a bit of a continuity error. I tackled down Winters and PhoenixEye didn't see it so in his post he clothes-lined Winters. Who changes their post? Me or him? I don't mind editing mine if that's what the GM decides.

The rampaging Winters never arrived, despite the dent in his chest Jack was able to climb to his feet and tackle Winters, pinning him to the ground, but just barely. With his skin being made of metal he weighed nearly 300 pounds but even that amount of weight couldn't hold Winters down for long. "Little help?" He managed to gasp as Winters thrashed and almost threw him as he tried to keep the super-charged old man pinned to the ground, the dent in his chest making it hard to breathe and the exertion of trying to keep Winters pinned was not helping.

I know you were, I was just playing along. He'll probably come pretty close to dying before he figures out that he's not indestructible and he's going to kill himself unless he gets proper training.

Yeah, I was planning on having him learn his lesson by almost dying in a fight and then start training to get better at fighting, but I like the montage idea too :D

That's fine, take your time and wait as long as you want, I just wanted to put in the post about his injury from Winters' punch real quick. Its stupid acts like that that kept him out of Team Awesome XD he's an idiot when it comes to fights and will just rush in and not bother to dodge or block most of the time because most people can't hurt him after he's eaten something solid.

Jack rushes straight into Winters' attack, ignoring the incoming fist. How much harm could an old man do? When the punch connects with Jack's chest he is thrown backward a good distance and when he stands up he puts a hand to his chest and feels the massive dent there. "Jesus Christ!" He shouts and descends into a coughing fit, the dented steel not giving his lungs enough room for the deep breath required to shout.
