"Sh! " Penny placed her hand around Kami's mouth, he couldn't ruin this, her friend and the strange woman are having a moment! "Please keep your voice down, friend." She removed her hand from his mouth then backed up somewhat, "She's in the palm of his hand, and it would be better to back off."
From her backpack came out eight more swords, each thin string from the hilt was connected to each of her limbs. She prepared just in case there was a mis-step and the villain got away. She had her orders and had to see it through, or there would be an early termination.

Arachne sighed somewhat, she kept a strong grip on the animal making sure that it didn't wriggle free from her grasp. She sat down on the floor beside it and removed the blanket from over its head, though still keeping the blanket around its body. As an attempt to calm the animal down she stroked and patted his head, cooing somewhat. "I don't think this is a time to prey on the innocent," She murmured, her hands being gentle as she scratched under its chin. "If you keep quiet, I'll feed you dog treats... Or whatever you eat..."
She felt rather awkward, she had never owned nor touched an animal before, especially something as large as this. Arachne had always been fond of animals, cats especially, they were cute and was a bonus for being in the human realm.
"You're not so bad, are you?" Arachne cooed as it as if it were a puppy, the thing barely understood a word she said anyways... Or did it? Clearly it wasn't from here, it was far too strange to be a normal animal found in the wild. Maybe it was intelligent? Had she been embarrassing herself the whole time?
"Oh God... What am I thinking? I used to have a normal life, hiding in my room. Four years... And not one peep." Arachne whimpered and began talking to herself, cursing and scorning herself under her shaky breath, "I'm never going outside ever again... This is the last time."
She hated this, she felt humiliated. None of the tenants had ever seen her before, not until now at least. She felt as though she had came outside too soon, far too soon. Arachne was anti-social, and during those four years of solitude it never helped much, in fact it made her too anti-social, to the point where she couldn't even be in the same room with a person. But now here she is, sitting on the floor in the main foyer with a big cat and a small group of people.

"Wait up!" Penny launched herself upward her body turning upside down with her feet facing towards the escapee and her so called 'Friend'. She locked her arms close to her chest to keep herself from rubbing against the cement of the tunnel. "Apologies, friend!"
As Penny was shoved away she attempted to follow after her, grappling her swords to either side of the tunnel and drawing the thin strings back. The ground beneath her feet began to crumble as her weight increased dramatically. "Should I go after her?" There was a slight hesitating tone in her voice. It was normal for her to go ahead without thinking, but something made her pause.
"Are you sure that this isn't dangerous? There may be more than one person in this I don-" Penny's eyes dilated, immediately adjusting to the lighting, her pupils got smaller as she zoomed in on the figures farther away, "Why are there children? Who is that boy? Why is she giving money away?"
Something clicked in Penny's head and she quickly sprinted ahead, soon lunging herself at the girl, "YOU'RE SO MISUNDERSTOOD!" She yelled as she outstretched her arms to tackle hug the woman who was giving the money away. "Why would you do such a courageous thing!? You're so brave! I'm so happy! Why are you giving money away? Why are you acting like this!? Villains are supposed to be bad but now you're nice, such a strange turn of events, these really twist my knickers!" Penny shot out a thousand words at a time.

David jumped when she came out of nowhere. How fast was she? He already guessed she may be a meta human but something about the way she spoke sounded..strange. David said "Uhh..yea were friends..." He remembered her name. "Penny, umm Im a guy..I like girls...but we can head to the mall if you want."
"Stupendous!" Penny clapped and danced with joy, "I am soooo excited!" She let out a small squeal before stopping, "I can't go to the mall, that's absurd! What am I thinking!? I have to stop an evil villain!" She made large gestures with her hands, "I can't simply stand here!"
"Say, do you want to help me fight criiime!" Penny raised her fist into the air in a rather enthusiastic manner, "Unless you can't fight, I'm always combat ready! But you don't feel normal, so surely you can ruff and tumble!"

"WE CAN'T CHAT ANYMORE, WE HAVE TO GO NOOOOW!" He voice sounded rather rushed.
From her small backpack two swords spat out and unfolded, it grappled itself to the wall of the building and launched Penny upwards. "Let's goooo! Hurry!"
She pulled on the thin strings from the hilts of her swords to pull her forward great distances.
Penny gasped and ran up to David, stopping him in his tracks, "What did you just call me!? Did you call me, friend? Am I your friend?" Her eyes widened with joy, "I've never had a friend before! We can go shopping and talk about boys!"
