Lugia, if she removes shadow ball, then she dosent have any TM moves in this case. I think just wish with bite might be ok if that is the case. it would be her special move.

Basically we are having a talk about mvoe sets for eevee cause of a app. Lugia was still unsure cause he is sick today...
Still guys, for wish, i feel like making a 1 move difference might be best in this case. Not sure though.

Lugia, maybe she could just add it in difference. It would be her main healing move anyway. And anyway, with how far we are in the story, maybe a move like that woulden't be that bad. It could be added into the difference section in this case.

Extend Bio, remove some moves and replace them. I think just Wish if you want to go healer type could maybe work.

For moves... I could sudgest this:

Helping Hand
Swift
Wish
And another move...
Maybe one of these:
Echoed Voice, Shadowball, Hidden Power

This way you would have moves that could be better, or add a uniqueness and look for a different typing move, like I did with my other caracter (Who can use a steel type move)

Also, instead of going for shiny, you could make it that she looks like she has whitish fur, but still have brown around some main parts like the legs and such.

Just some sudgestions.

Edit: Oh and... wish is kinda... chain breeding usually. So that is kinda something already big. Kinda why Lugia is on the fence with that one, as well as Hyper voice being a move that is tutored.

Another point: Bio seems rather short.... mind adding in more parts to the bio, like what she might have done to survive, any interesting things that happened in her life.

Like I said, shiny I am unsure, but you can make her still unique. If you look at my app on the caracter sheet, she is a eevee (nos sylveon) also, but her fur was paller.

Protect could be removed for now, cause its a tm that you can get and use.
heal bell il let the others decide.

I am still unsure about it too much. Also if you look back they might ask you to post the app in the caracter aection, just saying.
