Sera Grey hadn’t said much since she and the other had arrived in San Francisco. This was partly because she could be a quite person in new situations and it also had to do with her not being in the best mood. She had just broken up with her longtime girlfriend, Sonic Beam, the day before, after she got mad about the fact she was leaving. It wasn’t even the fact that she didn’t want a long distance relationship, but was the fact that she was mad Seraphina had been chosen over herself.

“Selfish..she is so fucking selfish…” She thought to herself angrily. It was a good thing had learn to hide her emptions rather well, otherwise her face was have been contorted into a look of utter irritation. A look which would not have been good to have on her face in such an important meeting. Sera had originally been shocked when Wolverine and Dr. X suggested her for the spot on this mysterious team. She had gotten better with her powers, but still greatly struggled with some things. She was snapped out of her thoughts when Blackbird first began to speak. There was a look of awe that passed over Sera’s face as she looked at the legendary assassin. It was hard not to look at all the legendary hero’s standing before them that way. Even Logan with his grumpy attitude and snappy comments was hard not to admire. They had all done so much and trying to fill their shoes was going to be the hardest thing any of them would do.

"With all of that in mind, do any of you have questions?"

“When do we start training?” She asked after Carver’s question, looking around the impressive building.

Name: Seraphina Grey

Alias: Non- Sometimes goes by Grey instead of Seraphina

Original/Canon/Non-Canon: Reimagined Canon

Species: Human/Mutant

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Bisexual/ Prefers women, but does date men sometimes as well. Men have to be really flirty and good looking to get her attention.

Powers:
#1. Telepathy
She is able to hear anyone's thoughts within a three mile radius of herself and project her own thoughts into someone's mind. She is also able to track minds and know how far they are from her, but it requires a lot of focus. The voices all tend to jumble together in her head making it hard to hear her own thoughts at times.

Drawback: Her telepathy often causes her to get migraines and also sometimes prevents her from sleeping. Loud noises also makes it hard for her to concentrate and can make her lose her focus on keeping the thoughts of other people contained. This is one way for sure way for an enemy to weaken her.

#2. Telekinesis
Grey has the ability to levitate, move, immobilize, and manipulate objects with her mind. She can also project waves of telekinetic energy to impulse, hit and destroy many objects or people. Currently she is in the process of trying to learn to project a telekinetic shield to deflect people or objects from touching her.

#3. Mental Illusions
Grey is able to change what a person sees around them. They could be standing in a small dilapidated house, but she could make them think and see that they are in a mansion. This ability is one she stills has trouble with and doesn’t fully know how to use, but is slowly learn control it. With a lot of focus and concentration she can do this to up 2 people at a time, but she has only ever done that once.

Skills:

Fighting- She has been learning a few different forms of martial arts so that she doesn’t always rely on her powers to protect her. She now knows Judo/ different techniques in kick boxing, and Aikido.

Book Smart- She is a very book smart type of girl and has always scored an A on most of the tests she has taken in her life. She could have easily been able to also pluck the answer she needs out of most people’s heads if she wanted to, but rarely does it since she prides herself on naturally smart.

Calm effect: Grey has a calming effect on people and can generally calm most people down when they are scared or overly excited.

Personality: Sera walks through life looking as if she has everything together and knows how to handle anything that comes at her. At one point in time, that would have been all an act to keep people from believing she wasn’t about to fall apart, but now she truly is as calm and collected as she looks. At least, most of the time she is. There are still times when she can’t handle the voices. This is mostly in large crowds of people or when she is too tired to block out people’s thoughts. Grey thinks everything she does very thoroughly and tries not to dive right into things. She doesn’t like conflict very much, but participates in it when she must. She is a very friendly type and will be social and helpful when she needs to be. She speaks in a very calm manner, which makes people a little annoyed when they try to fight with her on things. When she is angry you will certainly know it. Most people don’t realize the true power behind her and when she is mad that power will shine through. Once she is really angered it takes a bit for her to calm herself back down. She becomes very snappy and is more prone to being violent in those moments

Biography: Much of Seraphina’s life has been at a school for gifted people. She was approached at a young age by the school due to her parents not knowing how to control her powers and the fact they could never get her to sleep. She also screamed a lot because of all the voices flooding her head. Once the principle of the school had met with her he easily realized why it was she acted the way she did. He knew her pain and knew how to help with it, which is exactly what he did.

She didn’t return home from the school once she got there and started learning how to control herself. Her parents weren’t very interested in taking her back either since they didn’t understand the child they created. After years of training with the x-men and learning to control her power, Professor X and Wolverine came to her with a surprising opportunity. They told her a new sort of team was in the process of being assembled, a team Wolverine had actually been on in the past, and that she was a prime cadidate for it. She is soon set to leave the school for the West Coast to become apart of S.H.E.I.L.D, where she will meet the other young supers who she will be working with.

Other: She likes roses and music. Music helps keep her calm and blocks the world around her out.
