"I, uh, totally knew that!" Sifen shouted as the summoner told him that yes, in fact, she could easily breathe. He hadn't noticed the walls of ice were open to the air and not enveloping her. "Am I allowed to go save her?" He said in response to Saina's location. He had a vague grasp on the rules of the guardians, and Eva obviously came first, but what about the others? He didn't want them to die but he also didn't want to break teh rules either. But before his question was answered the tentacles crashed behind him, ripping the boat apart and separating him from the other's defending the summoner on board.

He felt his body hit the water hard, and his armor filled with water and he suddenly realized how bad of an idea heavy armor made for dry deserts were for swimming in. He tried and tried to swim up to the surface but continued to sink further and further down. His vision went black as he reached for the dimming light of the surface, not from unconciousness, but from simple lack of light, it had only been about 30 seconds of holding his breathe after all. As his body sank, a few items slipped from his pocket, pieces of the medical robot from before and they were still full of the energies that were used to keep the girl alive, well, supposed to at least. He grabbed a syringe and jammed it into where he thought a vein might be on the inside of his elbow and felt his body spring back to life. Now he had only ever drank a potion before, never had it thrust into his bloodstream and let me tell you, he was feeling refreshed. He swam to the surface with all of his armor still on, grabbing at the feet of chocobos and pulling them under the water. Like him, those birds weren't made for swimming. He grabbed their legs and managed to finally pull himself up onto a piece of wreckage surrounded by the birds struggling to swim in any direction other than with the current. He blacked out soon after.

Sifen coughed awake, his arm in immense pain and no longer glowing. It was much black. When he had trhust the syringe from the medical machina in he must have pierced the vein as his arm was now an entire bruise and near useless. He couldn't even feel it below his elbow and it was cold to the touch. he could bend his elbow yes, but his wrist and fingers refused to move and there were a few deep gashes along it from being scraped against the talons of the swimming chocobos after he blacked out, but no blood seeped out. It was effectively dead. He sat staring at it, poking it but not feeling anything. Luckily he was right handed and his left got the damage done to it.

He looked around, having no clue where he was, but felt sand under his right palm. Glorious beautiful sand. He grabbed it and rubbed it on cheek, letting it plink off of his shoulder plates. His armor was in ruins but some pieces remained sturdy. He saw Saina and the other man on the beach sleeping and went to stand up, pressing his left hand into the sand and trying to push up with it, only to fall back down upon it. No pain came from the limb, however. The wounds were full of sand and salt and from the water and still nothing. "SAINA!" He shouted, waving to her while propped up on his right arm, his black hand flailing around in the air waving at her. He saw dense jungle behind her, and to his side endless expanses of ocean. He had no idea where he was but he wasn't worried. He lived in a place where no plants grew and survived for years. Chances are an island like this had some civilization on it. His left forearm, however, might not make the trip since he's out of potions and the last one he took seemed to damn the arm in the first place.
Did my best to make a good fight entrance and also not kill anything important while showing off some power. Feel free to get mad about bullets almost hitting everyone, but Sifen's in survival fight mode so no free hits this time guys.

Back tho
Sifen sat in silence, feeling the boat rock back and forth and watching a level tilt back and forth. Luca wasn't too far a trip, and the weather didn't seem like there'd be any chance of delays. What if he found his parents after all these years. Would they recognize him? He didn't want to think about it, so he hopped out of bed and grabbed his guns. Maybe a little polishing and cleaning could do the old things good. He grabbed the rifle, checked and saw it was fully loaded and ready. He studied the device, silently wishing he made it more than a single shot device. It was his first, after all. He polished his old engraving where his name was carved crudely into the metal. He made sure everything was in order and looked down the sites, checking if it were straight. Of course it was, he built it after all. But he checked it constantly, just to have an excuse to modify it some more.

He had to get below deck to assist with some things, his job on the ship wasn't over after just loading things and he had to be up all night making sure nothing went wrong. Sifen rested the scrappy looking gun near the door of his room and headed to the engine room, making it about halfway there when a strange and sudden rocking happened out of rhythm with the sea. Something was happening above deck but he was needed downstairs for pay. Money or Honor were being weighed in his mind as several more rocks and bashing sounds were heard and Honor won the war this time after water began pouring in from the direction he was heading. He sprinted back to his room with a wave crashing behind him, occasionally being tossed into a wall or tripping over his own feet in the swaying boat's core before he grabbed his gear and narrowly avoided drowning as the water seemed to stop rising and get strangely cold. All of it was loaded and ready and he made his way above deck, not even pretending he knew what he would see

He raced up to the deck and what greeted him was a salty spray of water and a scene out of a bad horror movie. Tentacles gripped the ship and some still flying around and the Guardians defending the summoner at all costs. He looked around, he had fought fiends before, but nothing like this, nothing this big either. He saw his teammates taking on multiple fiends at once and joined in. A few shots narrowly avoided the guardians protecting the summoner with the ice wall and some magic, a sword and one man hoisting a mast. The shots all landed cleanly into the skulls of some lizard fish and luckily none of his new found team's flesh. He in fact, had no idea the bullets would avoid the group but he knew they wouldn't hit the summoner, who was apparently the only thing that was supposed to matter to him. A tentacle was about to fall on him, swinging randomly as if the body below were being attacked. A swift slide on the metal pads on his armor allowed a clean getaway and time for a weapon switch.

The big guns came out as a loud THUMP was heard followed by a blaze of fire and a falling mangled tentacle. The weapon switch from before was reverse. Explosives weren't the best way to deal with the little fiends on the deck. He continued his dash to the summoner and company. "Sorry, had some inner fiends of my own to battle, where's Saina? Also can the summoner breathe in there?!" He asked, putting his back to the summoner and took aim at more of the fiends on the deck, awaiting clear shots. No way was he getting any more lucky shots like his first three. At least not until he shows up late to a fight again.
Guess who's back

Guess who has like an hour of reading to do

This guy. Also welcome new guy who showed up when I was busy as hell
Reap can control T'haam tho
Oh, reap can control Sifen's shit for now
Bros Imma be off for a while, friends all going back to school (and so am I) so we're wrapping everything up. I've been in and out of glass shops, metalsmithing things, wood shops and rivers and quarries and theme parks and it's been a blast, but a very time consuming one. (Pro tip, be friends with 3d artists to have fun times with power tools and hunks of weird materials)
Bros i'm sorry but I can't post for a bit, I've never actually been this busy during the summer, but school starts up soon and I need to finish up my business with friends so I've been in and out of various types of workshops and things (glass shit, metalsmithing, stone masonry shops, quarries, rivers all that stuff.) and I don't have any idea when I'll be able to post again.

I don't even have time to read the ooc or IC, sorry. Gotta go!
Bruh now we got 2 guests. Double ghosts man, double ghosts.
