Nope, I’m okay if my character dies from a random Bantha stampede.

It all depends on where the story goes. I don’t like to plan too ahead. He’ll probably end up getting into various shenanigans with his fellow bounty hunters but if my character dying in a blaster gun-battle benefits the story, I’ll gladly go along with it.

Gleetch, is a scruffy-looking Rodian with a light green tint to his scaly skin. Both of his large, round eyes appear to be black in color like many others of his kind. A nasty scar stretches beneath his right eye, managing to reach his snout. Between his antennae, Gleetch has a set of small spines on his cranium that resemble a mohawk.
This Rodian stands at about 1.75 meters with with fairly good muscle tone. While being shorter than the average Rodian, Gleetch weighs in at about 66 kilograms.
In terms of apparel, Gleetch resembles that of many other bounty hunters. He’s usually seen wearing a red jumpsuit with sporadic pieces of light padding covering his shins, forearms, and chest. Most importantly, a black holster on his side carries whichever is his preferred blaster pistol at the time.

Gleetch is familiar with arming explosives such as mines and what not. He also has fair knowledge on how to repair and take apart a blaster.
It seems as if this bounty hunter’s greatest skill is his prowess in a blaster battle. His unorthodox style revolves around constantly moving all while keeping pressure on his opponent. Fire off more rounds than your opponent while worrying about accuracy later, seems to be his motto. His exceptionally quick draw is also worth noting.
Gleetch, is capable of piloting a standard vehicle but does not particularly flourish at this skill. He’s been described as mediocre by most. At best, he could serve as a competent co-pilot.

With a knack for getting into trouble, Greetch found himself in one of the several Rodian gangs roaming about the planet at the time. He was baptized into a world of violence at a young age, exposing himself to the evil that the galaxy had to offer.
From experiencing the life of a criminal at a young age, Greetch received intermediate training in both blaster proficiency and demolitions. Although, he was always particularly talented with a blaster.
Gleetch found himself most comfortable with blaster pistols. The mobility and reliability that they offer in close-quarters-combat made them his weapon of choice. Constant practice in his spare time shooting at bottles and innocent droids would only help him improve.
As of late, the bounty hunter has honed his skills to a level of high proficiency due to shear experience from battling the likes of other bounty hunters, criminals, soldiers, etc.

-Hutt Cartel: The Hutt Cartel is known for giving out questionably moral contracts with good pay attached. Gleetch, is perfectly fine with this.

Gleetch has made quite a few enemies in his years of bounty hunting. Although, this is has mostly been in regards to petty factions such as pirates or small syndicates. When actually having to deal with a rival bounty hunter, Gleetch usually ensures that he takes them out sooner rather than later.

Unlike many other bounty hunters, Gleetch has chosen to not work alone as of late. He’s formed an unlikely trio with a human by the name of Jor ‘Kai and a Zabrak by the name of Durgos. It’s made bounty hunting much more proficient for the three of them.
-Jor ‘Kai: A human pilot by trade and a swindler at heart, Jor ‘Kai has worked alongside Gleetch for years now. They’ve formed a rocky friendship of sorts, operating on the same vessel. Gleetch almost trusts Jor ‘Kai, but one can never be too sure. It’s wise to always keep your guard up.
-Bluurok: Another fellow bounty hunter and apart of the same crew, Bluurok is a Houk with an attitude you wouldn't expect. This Houk is not known for engaging in combat, lacking much prowess, but proves himself to be useful in other forms.

-“Rodia’s Revenge”: An unidentified freighter class, this vehicle serves as a makeshift base of operations for the ‘trio.’ This ship is fairly average with nothing standing out, making it perfect for not attracting unwanted attention. Although, this probably won’t bode well when they are caught.
-Utility Belt: Around his waist, Greetch has a trusty belt with several pouches.

Psychological evaluation of Bounty Hunter.
Gleetch Elnam is a short-tempered individual who’s always been keen to lean on the “shoot first” mentality. The only emotion that the Rodian chooses to display publicly is anger. This assists him when the need for intimidation arises. He's generally unnerving and difficult to be around due to his unpredictability. He's become notorious for random bar outbursts after nights of heavy drinking and gambling.
Speaking of drinking and gambling, could this be a coping mechanism of sorts? After a finished contract it isn't uncommon to see the Rodian partaking in vices. Maybe, there are hints of regret within his damaged psyche.
Like many other bounty hunters, Gleetch has a fairly questionable moral compass. He’s been described as a cold individual with no regard for human life. It’s no wonder he takes on such foul contracts. Many attribute this cold, destructive nature to his rough childhood on Rodia.

As mentioned before, Gleetch has an extremely bad temper. This has resulted in many unnecessary blaster battles. His unwillingness to compromise or take a joke for that matter, contributes to this. All of this goes hand-in-hand with his “shoot first” mentality. It won't be long before this madness results in his death.
Gleetch’s cold nature also makes it difficult for him to create real relationships with his fellow peers. He may work alongside two others, but it’s obvious that there is a real disconnect. It probably won’t be long until the three decide to blast each other dead.
Gleetch is one hell of a shot, but he’s a bit vulnerable. He bears light padding for the sake of mobility and flexibility. This means that when he is inevitably hit in a vital area, he’ll likely drop dead.
Many have knocked the bounty hunter for lacking intelligence and being stubborn. His desire to take the guns-blazing approach to most situations makes him a hazard for jobs requiring stealth or non-lethality.

How many people can truly say they love their job? Based on Gleetch’s prior behavior and profession, one can only infer that he loves to fight. He has a knack for making a scene and stirring up trouble wherever he goes.
Surprisingly, the Rodian has been rumored to enjoy gambling as well. It probably wouldn't be too shocking to see him place a bet on a Swoop Race or even a local street brawl.

You’re really going to make me do this. Aren’t you? I guess I’d better get to the point.
I grew up in a world (Rodia) under Republic control. Although, it sure didn’t feel like it. The village I grew up in as a hole with crime running rampant. Hell, maybe the Republic thought it was normal. After all, my father used to tell me that “violence ran in the blood of every Rodian.” It’s hard to disagree. My planet’s history isn’t a pretty.
But anyways...
I became the man of the house fairly early on. My father found himself meeting his maker at the end of a blaster after refusing to pay tribute to a local crime lord. Isn’t that ironic? My mother was left to raise a group of idiots for children. Lucky her.
It didn’t take long for me to take to the streets for guidance. This fellow by the name of Xix took me under his wing and taught me the ways of the streets. He said I had “potential” or something. It sounded like a scam if I’m being honest but what did I have to lose? I always thought that bastard was a fool. I was proven right eventually...but I’ll get to that part later.
Well, Xix introduced me to another fellow by the name of Sleegrai Oflaag. He was a serious lad and a stickler for those old Rodian traditions. You know, the days of warring clans and all that jazz. I’m kind of angry I missed all of that. Seems like my type of fun.
But as I was saying…
This Sleegrai Oflaag guy was a big-time crime boss. Smuggling, slaving, killing, you name it because he’s probably ordered it (all under the Republic’s nose too, if I may add.) What started with petty jobs like delivering shady packages, eventually escalated to things such as straight intimidation, robbery, and even beating the living snot out of some poor Rodian shopkeeper’s snout. I have to say…
I was pretty damn good at it.
The older I got, the more responsibilities I was given. My mother would beg me to not leave the house every morning because my actions were no secret. She knew EXACTLY what crowd I was with. There was no stopping me, though. That day that Xix gave me a blaster to call my own changed my life. I remember aiming it at random people in my town just to scare ‘em. I was such a crazy kid. Hell, I almost blasted Xix’s head off that same day.
Good times.
Shooting a blaster felt so natural. Sure, that bit with the wiring explosives and what not wasn’t bad either but nothing beat shooting a blaster. I remember just spending time in the lair every night, shooting at bottles and helmets. I was damn good shot back then, and I sure as hell am still to this day. Xix used to compliment me all the time on it. It sure came in handy when I had to shoot him dead.
Ah, speaking of Xix. Yeah, I shot him. I shot him a whole lotta’ times. You know what? He deserved it. He really deserved it. We were out running a typical debtor’s job. Look, Xix always had a knack for talking anyone’s ear off. He. Never. Shut. Up.
This time, he decided to criticize my handy work. I beat the living snot out of some snobby farmer, and I’m the bad guy. Look, if you take a loan if you’re not gonna’ pay it off in time. It really isn’t my fault that he “succumbed to his wounds.”
“You’re a dumb brute, Greetch! A dumb brute! We’re supposed to take their money...not kill them! When will you lea-”
Elbowed the sucker in the stomach and kicked him onto the floor. I stood above him, waving around that blaster he gave me. He looked up at me with those frightened eyes. I think I told him something along the lines of “who’s the dumb brute now” or something. Well, one thing’s for sure.
I let the blaster do the rest.
This entire mess really didn’t fly to well with the boys. For some reason, Xix was a popular guy and all signs pointed to me killing him. I had to get the hell off of Rodia. The next night, I hitched a ride on some smuggler’s ship. Thank the maker for those credits I had saved up. Leaving Rodia felt like such a flash. Didn’t even get to tell my mother goodbye. I haven’t been back since, and I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon unless someone gives me a contract to put a blaster bolt in between Sleegrai Ofraag’s eyes.
So, that smuggler was headed for Tatooine. Out of all the places in the galaxy, he couldn’t have picked a worse place than Rodia. You know, I thought Rodia was a hole until I reached Tatooine. There I was, with a few credits to my name and a blaster pistol.
Well, isn’t the rest history? I had to make a living somehow. By that point, all I knew in my life was how to be a criminal. There had to be something for me in Anchorhead. Like my days in Rodia, things just escalated. I’d speak to a whole variety of fellows that’d point me to the ‘Hutts.’ A whole web of crime and the sorts. It didn’t matter to me. I just wanted to get paid.
Years pass as I keep running jobs for all of these fools in the outer rim. “Kill this guy. Kidnap that guy! Sabotage this. Shoot that!” It really didn’t matter. All I knew was how efficient I was.
One thing did get on my nerve. I got a whole lot of flak for shooting this local politician on Ryloth. There’s only so much I could do when someone isn’t complying…
So, I messed up. One out of how many times? I’m pretty damn reliable! It's ridiculous how that whole stunt damaged my reputation. I’m sure a lot of people would agree with that. Why don’t you ask Jor ‘Kai or Durgos, eh? They’re my fellow associates. I’ll be honest with you. I can’t stand either of ‘em, but we’ve done some good work together. I hope you don’t live under a rock. Our last job was assassinating that punk pirate captain by the name of Joh-Aek. The look on his face when he realized he had him. What a day.
Yeah, we’re a team for now. As long as we keep racking in credits, it’ll stay that way. Who knows, though? Maybe, those two goons will give me reason to kill them. It’s hard to read them. If you’re wondering where I met them, it was back in Anchorhead. One of the local hutts had a contract out to cripple a rival crime business. You know how the hutts are. They don’t like others impeding on their turf.

Now, about Bluurok. He confuses me. Hell, I'm not even quite sure he deserves a part of the cut. He's a big ole' Houk with the ability to clobber fools into oblivion. It's hard to get him to do anything. Dumb ole' brute.
Quite the trio, huh? We eventually earned enough credits to purchase a new freighter of our own. I called it “Rodia’s Revenge.” Pretty damn creative, if I’m being honest. Got it on sale from some Duro back on Ryloth. That’s where the ‘trio’ makes their moves and plans. Right now, who the hell knows what’s next?
It seems like the galaxy’s changed in a hurry. Last I heard, Rodia was under Sith control. I wonder how that must be like.
