"Good news Lily was not sexually abused and gave me paper work on suing the lady and the other foster homes turns out he is always getting kids from foster homes that are similar o Lily." Jack sighed with relief when he heard that Lily was not sexually abused and took the papers. "Thanks I will send this to the lawyer I hired he is going to take on this case it may take a few years but I want to at least get the lady who did this to Lily shut down first then work on the other foster homes that have also caused this kind of pain maybe even worst." He said and looked at Eva for even though Eva told him to wake her up when the doctor came she looked to peaceful and she was stressed out enough at what had happen to Lily and this is good news that Lily only suffered a broken arm. "What I don't get is the protective system turned a blind eye when I looked at the bruise I can obviously tell that is not caused from being grabbed like the lady claimed I thought those people would be smart." He said frustrated how protective services have gotten lazy and not caring anymore.

Jack smiled at Eva as she placed her head on the pillow and held Lily close to her. "I will no worries now get some rest love." He said as he placed the blanket over both of the girls to keep them nice and warm. He looked at the two as they slept and had a smile on his face as he took his phone out and took a picture of the two fast asleep and made it is phone's wallpaper. He smiled at the pic then at the two girls and hope that all the abuse Lily had been through was just a broken arm and nothing else.

"Everything will be alright now I called our family doctor that was friends with my brother and he is going to help us sue the foster home and the protective services." He said with a smile on his face hoping it would ease her worry. "And I am glad you like it, just hope Lily likes the ballon too, and I love you too." He said with a smile and noticed she was tired but he was not. "Get some sleep Eva I am not tired I slept most of the flight here so I am wide awake but you need sleep." He said as he kissed her hand. "Don't worry I will protect you and Lily no matter what."

jack felt bad for her but he knew this could not be predicted but the protective services should have been more careful with who they let do foster care but most of the time they are not good. "We will sue them eva the should not have let this happen to a child at all and they should have kept their promise about keeping her not to go into a foster home." He said as he looked at Lily as she slept peacefully and had her cast on. He kissed Eva's forehead. "Eva I will be right back I want to go down to the gift shop and get Lily something." He said as she smiled at Eva and hugged her before he went down and was going to get Lily a stuff toy but he was calling his family lawyer telling him what had happen and basically saying Lily was like his daughter so his lawyer was going to take the case as a favor to Jack's older dead brother. Jack got Lily a cute tiger with a ballon that said to get well soon. He then came ack with it and placed the stuff tiger in sleeping Lily's arms and tucked her in a little more.

Jack was really worried about Lily for no little girl should have suffered this kind of life especially in a foster home. He did the best to help calm Eva's nerves but it was not easy since it involved little Lily. He called his parents to let him know that he wanted to file a lawsuit against the foster family and the social service that allowed this to happen. When he heard the news about Lily's arm he knew it for this kind of injury he has seen on a few of his friends that ran into abuse. When Eva stumbled and fell to the ground he bent down and hugged her tight. "Its ok Eva lets hope she did not suffer that kind of abuse and if they did I will have that lady arrested for child trafficking that lead to child molesting I promise." He said to her and hugged her tight. "Now come on we need to be strong for Lily now if she sees you like this she will only be scared and worried you need to let her know that we are here for here every step of the way and that we will remain strong."

"Its ok Eva we will sue them for everything they did and for lying to you because they could not it themselves." he said as he held her tight for he did see the poor girls arm it was bad. "Eva we can sue them but in every state and city has foster care and its the industries job to check up on it and make sure they are not doing stuff like this but sometimes they can't all figure it out the people who sometimes run the foster home do their best to show the people what they want but once the door close their true colors show but I don;t think this was over a candy bar at all that bruise to to bad it can't e caused by someone grabbing her." He said looking back at Lily. "I think we better take her to the hospital now I want her arm checked out now."

Elsa was still fast asleep when morning came and her hair was mostly in her face along with her arms around him still. But after awhile she finally woke up she looked around and then was able to get out of his grasp as she went to take a shower for she needed it. Once in the shower she let the water hit her body as she ran her fingers through her hair before she started scrubbing it. Once she was clean she got out dried off and wrapped a towel around her while she tried to figure out her hair for the day.
