"Yeah you are right I can't keep this forever and it will just be harder on her when she gets older." Jack said to Eva and kissed her back. "I love you too Eva." He said before letting out a sigh. "Chloe come down here I have something to talk to you about and no you are not in trouble if that is what you are thinking." He said and Chloe came down. "What is wrong uncle Jackie?" She asked as she stood in front of him and Jack bend down to her level. "Chloe I have been keeping a secret from you I am you Uncle by blood but when your parents passed on the court was planning on sending you to a foster home claiming that both grandparents on both side of your parents family could not take care of you and they did not bother to do a trial and follow ups so to make sure you stayed with me and the family Uncle Jackie had to become your dad through adoption." jack explained and Chloe was shocked. "I thought grandma and Grandpa had custody of me?" She asked and Jack shook his head. "No Sweetie you just stay there until I got a place of my own and while I go to college and it was the only way to not lose you Chloe for you dad's, my brothers, last words were to take care of you and love you to the ends of the Earth and I was going to make sure you were raised within the family you were born in not with a random family." He finished explaining to her and Chloe was very quiet. "Chloe I was looking for the right time to tell you but it got hard for me to tell my wonderful niece that her uncle is also her dad now." He said and Chloe looked at him and hugged him tight crying. "I am happy though because you wanted to keep me and not give me up thank you Uncle I mean daddy." Chloe said and Jack held her tight. "I love you too Chloe ever since the day you were born." He said as he held her.

Jack smiled and hugged Eva tight I. his arms but fell silent when she asked about him telling Chloe that he was technically her she was his adopted daughter. "I don't know honestly I am kinda scared the Chloe will not believe it or think I am playing a game with her." He said to Eva. "Besides how do you tell your niece that her uncle is actually he dad now."

Chloe heard that it was ther house and ran with Lily all happy. "I think Chloe does too." Jack said with a smile. "Girls wait Daddy had the key so you have to wait for me to unlock the door first." Jack said as he went up to the door and unlocked it to let the girls run around the house like crazy. "This will be good for them and we are close to 3 schools so it will make it easy on them and us when the two actually start school." he said with a smile as he watched the girls run up stairs. Jack smiled as he helped pay for her new dress and got back in the truck and laughed when she wrapped her arms around his neck and she kissed her. But the girls looked confused. "House what house?" Chloe asked and Jack sighed. "I think you spoiled the surprise Eva so before ice cream hous first." he said as he drove to the place and stopped in front if th house and got Chloe out of the truck.

Jack laughed at Eva and kissed her again before letting her go try on the dress. He sat down and had Lily and Chloe sitting on one knee and held them close for he was a little paranoid not and just wanted to keep them safe from harm.. Once Eva came out in the blue sun dress he blushed. "Wow you look beautiful in that dress." he said with a smile on his face and the girls agreed with Jack about the dress. "Yeah you should get it Eva." Chloe said with a smile on her face.
