Tracing back together a broken sword is a one minute and forty five second timer. For the most part your character is fine. Although I'm still pondering over your special skill. I must say that you have quite nicely put in some limitations (which seem fair). I dislike being the last person to post in the IC. It makes me feel like I'm responsible for the lack of activity, as if people be like:

“Well… that was awkward. I thought you said you were friends?” Aang asked as he combed his fingers through his blonde hair. His armour, which left much of his torso exposed, looked even sillier now that he had his skinny frame. “We are- were- I don’t know! I didn’t expect him to be like that. I should have… but I didn’t.” Hawke was sat on a bench with his elbows resting on his knees and his face buried in his hands. He could feel the tingle of his short bristly facial hair rubbing against his palms and, just like in the real world, it made him feel a little bit relaxed. He sat there for a few seconds in silent contemplation as the breeze trickled through his spiky black hair. Aang patted his friend on the shoulder, knowing that it couldn’t have been a nice situation. “How about his other friends? The ones that held back when he came to meet us. Could you recognise any of them?” “Not from that distance, no. He knows I’m not quick to trust, that’s probably why didn’t introduce us.” Hawke snarled and sat up. It was clear he was angry rather than upset. “We need to forget about him and focus on getting us, and the rest of the players, out of here.” Maric’s voice was stern and commanding. Maric himself stood at a few inches over six foot, had a black warhawk and had black tattooing all around his eyes (courtesy of his friends whilst he was passed out a few months ago). To look at he appeared an intimidating thug, but in reality this was far from the case. Maric was one of the kindest men you could meet, and would always be the voice of mercy and understanding. Maric was the kind of guy who would walk into an argument, understand everyone’s point of view, and somehow come up with a solution that benefited everyone. Hawke was a good leader, but he was certainly no Maric. “You think we should beat the game then?” Hawke queried with a raised eyebrow. “Isn’t that what we’re here for?” smiled Maric. “We need to lead the way and give the other players to absolute best chance at surviving!” Maric decreed as he found his gaze drifting off towards the town and the lights flickering on its walls, “We need to be the Braziers in the dark.”

Can you just increase the cool down to like three minutes (one minute + another two mins of fighting). After that he's accepted and you can post him on **the character thread** (not the tab). --- @Peacekeeper Got to love the creativity, however I do have a few bones to pick (let's face it, at this point it would be weird if I didn't. I'm a massive control freak): 1. I'm not sure how plausible it is for him keeping people away from the front lines. For one, there's no real reason why anyone shouldn't go to the front lines. In fact it's unfair if lower levels can't because it means that the gap between them and the top players would be forever increasing. You'd also think that some front liners would get cheesed off. 2. If he's a red player, especially one that is well known and feared, he would have the Grey after him. Considering the Grey is made up of mostly front liners this makes it a particularly odd situation. 3. I would say that Vamparism would have to fall under a special skill rather than a general skill. The special skill with Vamparism I think is a little OP anyway, so loosing the Vamparism I think would balance it out. 4. One handed and two handed swords need to be separate skills. 5. Lore hoarder and Reputation aren't really skills, although you can say that both apply to your player. Archery isn't in SAO, but you do have blade throwing. That means you still have three secondary skills to give to your character if you wish. --- If I do criticise you or someone else, and you don't agree, please feel free to put your point of view across. I'm not so stubborn as to flat out say "no" to something without letting someone explain their reasons. --- ### And lastly, NO BROMANCE! p.s. Who has yet to post? ### First post is up. Sorry if it's not that neat! We are currently in the prologue that takes place on Day 1. After everyone has posted once or twice I will initiate the time-skip (TS) and start Chapter 1. You can post more if you are conversing with other characters, but I recommend saving meetings and the like until after the TS; given that there's 14.5k players, it's unlikely you'd all happen to stumble across each other. --- @HounderHowl Why did you change the skill so drastically? --- @All accepted players Please ensure you've posted your characters in the bin.
