Minerva - The Lion's Fang

There was another voice that echoed after her inquiry, and it forced her attention to quickly divert from its current focus. Through the air came a sagely voice that she all too easily recognized. Widened eyes of surprised swiftly returned to their normal state as Minerva met eye to eye with the Grandmaster of Phoenix Wing.

Deciding to cast aside the thought of the oddity for now, the noble girl strode smoothly to Jamie and offered her respects in the form of a graceful curtsy. It were only natural for someone of her pedigree to do so, though she surmised that Jaime would remain nonplussed in such a manner.

"Grandmaster, it has been some time has it not? I do apologize for my absence." She quietly started at first, almost in a worried tone. "If this is over the damaged merchant's house from the spar, rest assured that he has been compensated for double what he lost. If you would not mind my initiative, I took upon myself a mission. One about those who are missing, and gone into slave trades. I intend to see this to its end, if I must. Free of charge no less, the money attained is of no concern to me. It only matters if it is a test to my abilities. Is this agreeable to you?"

Softer yet, her voice continued after the initial inquiry. "However, if it is the matter of my absence, I request your mercy in such a concern. My family is...ill fit at times at best."

Kamikaze? Maybe it wasn't at first, but now it is. She was aiming to try and buy time for Sharon, and thin out the White Hand's ranks a bit.
