He grinned as she teased her friend, "Hey, for a cheerleader she was havin' to keep up with your dance-moves," He teased back to her after Lana had said she was off back to the races, and headed out to talk to a few people she knew there. Smiling at Mia as she laughed from his silly joke, he blushed at her question, "Well, I did get called a monkey a few times, and I just figured that's what you meant to me instead of an actual monkey, being that you and I haven't really... Mingled," He said to her, trying to find the right word to describe the lack of talking they'd done their first day of meeting each other.
"I mean, just looking at you I should've figured that a racist was probably on the list of things you aren't," He said to her. He noticed she'd sipped the drink a few times, and he knew that she probably liked it, "Should drink with me more often... I make drinks so well, a few people think I'm probably gay because of it," He smiled. "And don't tell me that you're homophobic instead of racist," He winked playfully.

Brady smiled as Mia's mood lightened at his offer, glad his apology had worked and relieved that they'd be able to work out some form of peace. "Yeah, I'll figure something out for the two of you, I think I could make something you'll like," He said to her genuinely. He let her drag her friend away to the couch where they'd be sitting. He turned and headed back into the rest of the party to make his way to the kitchen. Looking through what he could make for the girls, he decided to pour some raspberry juice into a glass with some vodka mixed into it.
His beer was about half-empty, and he couldn't help himself but to finish his own drink off and fill up a glass from the keg that was there before heading back out to the girls at their couch. Reaching them with their drinks, he sat down beside Mia, passing her the drink before passing the other one over to Lana, "I call it the Russian berry," He said. He'd stayed away long enough to have had some time to themselves to talk to each other, he'd made sure of that since he noticed the two of them probably had to talk about what he'd done after what he did earlier that day.
"I'm glad to see you here Mia, Lana's a good friend of yours," He said to her, nodding to Lana behind her who'd defended her friend earlier that day, he figured she'd had to have done it before as well, simply defending her friend.

Lol, well here in Canada and America, some of us view the police as a gang operating under the confines of the law.
He had to bite his tongue to hold him back from saying something to Mia as she crossed her arms, and scolded him. He looked to Lana as she asked what he'd wanted from the two of them, "I was taking this chance to say to you Mia, that I was wrong about you," He said, his eyes sincere as he spoke to her, "I over-reacted and chose a easy way to interpret your words, if you're willing to forgive me, could I get you two a drink, or two to show I'm actually sorry?" He said, "I felt bad after you left, and realized I'd messed up, badly," He said to her.
He stood there, looking from Mia, to Lana and back to Mia again, "I want to make it right, Mia," He said to her.

The frat parties the girls always held in their house was nothing less than excellent, even Brady had to admit as he mingled around in the crowd, cheering his beer neck with people he barely knew, and downing back as much as they could before the night was over. Nothing was like this, and it's why he loved living the college life. He was with a few people he knew from the other teams on schools campus, in the kitchen refueling their drinks. He grabbed himself another beer, and cracked it open. Turning around, they walked towards the dance-hall, the living-room the girls basically never used, the furniture inside of it probably would have dust all over it if there wasn't people sitting on them to regain their breath from dancing so much.
Walking into the dance-room, he noticed a decent crowd of guys watching something, and he shrugged his shoulders as he kept going, scoping to see if any of the girls he'd talked to before would dance with him. As he went through the floor, he had to break his way through the group of guys, and was absolutely stunned at what he saw on the other side of it, Lana, and Mia being complete girls, and he grinned to himself as he took a sip of beer. He figured he might as well apologize to the girl, Lana was probably right anyways. He took one more sip as he approached the two ladies who were dancing, "Excuse me, Lana and Mia," He said to the two girls, keeping his hands off them as he reached them. "I was wondering if I could share a few quick words with you two beautiful ladies," He said, looking from Lana, and then to Mia, his peripheral vision gave him a decent look at what she was wearing, and he'd have to remember to try and get those off her later, he thought, making a mental note.
