Sacha nods. "Sounds good. Stay safe out there." she says, before turning the bird over the fire as it begins to get a nice brown in color. she grumbles. "I keep forgetting how to smoke it to keep it preservable..." she mumbles to herself.
Sacha sighs softly, shaking her head. "I *wish* everyone would stop being so...smothering." She grumbles, shaking her head a bit. "Amelia's probably off at the river. She's been there an awful lot. I've told her many times to stop being so solitary, but you know her." she exhales, chuckling. "Anyway, good luck finding her. Just be careful."
Sacha nods. "Sounds like a plan. Amelia is probably around...That's all I can think of." She then huffs, shaking her head. "Not many Rabins are around to actually go on patrol or to hunt..." she then shrugs. "I could sneak out of camp to patrol/hunt." She grins, only half joking. She was starting to get stir crazy, and it was only yesterday that she got injured.
Sacha finishes plucking the bird and sticks it on a stick to cook. She sighs. "Broms. I was jumped at the river." She rolls her eyes. "It's not that bad of an injury, but I wouldn't do well to go against Aya's orders." She chuckles slightly, imagining the healer's face if she left camp so soon after being injured. She stretches a bit with a sigh. "As I said...they're pushing their luck, I'm not really sure what they're trying to do...So best to keep an eye out along the border whenever possible."
Sacha chuckles. "Yeah, fair enough. Whose idea was it to make camp in the woods?" She half-teases. She then nods. "People need to skin and smoke their meat before it starts going back..this bird is a day or two away from being inedible..." She turns the bird over to begin plucking the other side. "Take two others with you when you do go. The Broms have been crossing the border and making threats. We can't afford to have anyone be killed this late in the year."
"Hello Grant. Doing better after yesterday's whole drama." She chuckles a bit. "What about yourself?" She asks as she flicks gross feathers into the fire. "Keeping warm? " she asks, taking note of him warming his hands. She frowns a bit, thinking about how cold it had gotten. It didn't bother her so much, but she knew other group mates mightfeel it worse than she.
