Women all over America have been impregnated with the Grim Reaper's children under mysterious circumstances, and it is up to the children, now teenagers, to find him wherever he may be (he does travel a lot since he's reaping souls). But when they discover that they're all related to each other - through different women but the same father, they quickly become bitter towards each other, getting in fights or scuffles way too often, disagreeing over many things, etc. They have to also find his Scythe, which deems which child is worthy of being the next in line. Will they be able to handle travelling constantly to reap the souls of the dead?
