Considering Cockney is a Londoner accent and I'd say Ness has never been to England proper, only arriving on the isle to go to the Scottish Highlands with Hogwarts, I'd say this is entirely unlikely.
I've more aiming for her to be riffing on him since they've known one-another for six years; I figure some amount of familiarity within the Houses is to be expected, and Ness probably is more notorious than anything else considering her previous hijinks during her early years.
