Greetings fellow devotee!
I've really wanted to do an RP where we play an Inquisitor for a long time now. And not the 'burn heretics' kind of inquisitor (well, that too) but also the kind that goes hunting down monster. Just hunts down anything that doesn't fit in the religion it follows.
Now, I do not really care in what sort of setting we play, be it modern, fantasy or sci-fi. I just want to hunt down heretics and monsters and be a total asshat to people (IC that is. OOC I'm quite nice).
Now, what can you expect of me and what do I expect of you:
- I like to work with something so you can expect the same from me: 2-3 paragraphs are usually what I aim for.
- I'm decently active on this forum (checking at least once a day), so I'm hoping so are you.
- As we are Inquisitors, things will get rather brutal. So 18+ is recommended.
- I don't really have any worlds in mind, so we have some world building to do.
- Oh, and all hail the Man-Emperor of Mankind!

Flynn makes another pass near his sword as the monster swings him around. Thanks to Williams the sword is now in reach and Flynn manages to grab it by the handle. Another smash against the wall almost makes him loose the sword again, but he manages to hold on. He grabs the sword in both hands and slashes down, hoping to hit something. His external camera shuts off, being too damaged to keep up, but he can feel soaring through the air without direction. He hits the wall once more, but this time falls to the ground. Apparently the monster let go. Flynn gives his suit the command to partially break up, and the Enites respond immediately as his helmet disappears in a cloud of green nano machines.
His vision returned, Flynn can see a part of the arm of the monster next to him and the monster itself roaring in agony. He gets up and sprints towards the beast as it is distracted by the pain. At the last second he sees the human charging him, but by then it's too late. Flynn glides underneath the monster, holding his sword up and cutting straight to the belly. A second later and he would have landed in the monster his mouth though. He reaches the other side and gets up in one smooth motion, stumbling a bit as he wasn't prepared for the motion that carried over. He looks over his shoulder, seeing the monster letting out some final growls as it finally collapses on the ground. A few seconds later, Flynn follows the monsters example.

@RhineQueen Don't worry. Didn't watch the movie. Didn't read the books. I knew from the beginning that they were gonna be awful. Did have a good laugh out of a podcast about it though.

@boomlover You're lucky were not that far yet and Crafty hasn't influenced any major plot lines. Just come up with something and we'll see what we can work with.
