Jorvik has the most surplus crops per capita. Want to buy some?

Psst, psst. *lifts overcoat. You wanna buy a watch?

I'll more than likely be buying from one of you guys - but first I need to figure out how much i'm short with the addition of my new fief. But expect an offer sometime in the near future!

EDIT:

Pelataria requires 20,000 Crops, and will accept the best offer. Any bids?
@Flooby - my sheet will look a bit different at some point tomorrow - basically just adding a fifth farmland fief (say that five times fast) to reduce my shortage. I'll still be negative, but I'll find a way to purchase it.
Okay, so I've been looking over the whole crop issue, and it does seem I made a huge error. I thought that peasants were given 1 food a year, not per season.

However, looking back and doing the numbers, if I have to give my peasants 4 food per annum, and they only produce 4.6 per annum (and that's only factoring in the farmers - the others are eating just as much for nothing), that means the most I will ever make surplus is 0.6 food a year?

Or is it that peasants produce 4.6 crops after deducting their own personal share?
Alright guys, I'm back from over a week of no wifi. Just read up on the thread (saw my Vassals, Flooby; whew - Lord Aldran seems to have been busy taking over all of Lundland with his vast empire! Thanks for getting those written up). Also, with regards to the apparent crops shortage, I'll take a look at my sheet after recovering from my flight.

It's great to be back :)
Yeah, you're probably right haha. The only advantage I had was that he was inactive ;)
Factored in pyment for my ~5,000 troops (damn, remember the good ol' days when Pelly had but a thousand?). The CS should be all set now.

congrats to Fortunes for being the first accepted sheet. It's not technically finished, but eh, what're old friends for, eh?

Also, to anyone considering creating a Mercenary group: I've been thinking a lot about how I want my military structured, and plan on including the full-time services of a player mercenary faction. Don't wanna get too specific right here, but I'll just say that the benefits will be excellent. PM me if you want to discuss a deal before the start of the game :)

Also don't forget to tack on soldier pay to upkeep, which is 1 bulli per season across the board.

Oops, I knew I'd forget something. It just requires some minor tweaks, really, but I'm much too tired to do that tonight.
Flooby, the CS is finished and Pelataria is back in action

If possible, I'd like to reserve the Capital (of course) and Kingston for Lord Cole, leaving Centreport and Blackguard to vassals.

Also, will Lord Aldran still be the Lord of Centreport, or is he out? Because I liked that fella.

I adore the history, that's perfectly acceptable.

By my count, you still have a number more points to spend. You've spent 83 so far.

And Baileys/Military Baileys no longer exist. They're being sent out in favour of numerous new manor imporvements, which you'll be able to build in-game.

Have fun on your vay-cay, by the way!

Oh, okay! I knew I was under a bit, I just wasn't sure by how much. But that's just draft one - I'll chip away at it whenever I have a free moment.

Thanks, Flooby!
