Poppy ducked in and out of her bag and Rai couldn't help but chuckle. "Yeah, she's adorable. Scott's gonna have a hard time saying no to this little cutie." Rai reached behind her back and ruffled the Piplup's feathers. When she got older, the water type would probably learn how to use her charm to her advantage, and when she learned that, Scott would be in trouble. The thought made Rai laugh. "You've got a dashing little fella with you as well." The girl added before giving Dusk a bright grin. They were getting farther and farther away from the boys, but that was because their were no good camping sites nearby.

The girls continued walking, and eventually wound up in a flat clearing. It was pretty and despite the destruction around it, looked unharmed by the quake. There was a drop off not too far away, but aside from that, the area looked fine. Alice stated it would be perfect and Rai gave her friend an eager nod. "You betcha, it even has stream for Poppy to swim in." The girl turned her head, so she could give the Piplup a smile. "So, what do you think Poppy?" Rai waited for an answer then turned to Alice who spoke excitedly about stargazing. Last night had definitely been a treat after everything that had happened. Just staring at the sky, chatting away, and fooling around with Scott, Tobin, and Alice had felt so good and it made things seem so much better. During that short span of time, their problems were nearly nonexistent.

"Let's camp here then, we can stargaze later, and it'll be just like camping--!" Suddenly, the ground beneath her feet began to shake. Instantly, she took of her bag and hugged it close to her chest. Her first instinct was to make sure she kept Poppy close and her second was to rush towards Alice, but before she could do that the shaking intensified and she found herself struggling to stay on her feet. "Crap, Alice, just stay calm!" Rai yelled as she hugged Poppy close. The trainer made her way towards her friend but before she could get there the ground below Alice collapsed and she watched as her friend disappeared into the earth. "Alice--!" Rai called out desperately as she ran forward, but the ground beneath her feet shifted and before she knew it, she was on the ground, the wind knocked out of her. The girl let out a sharp curse before curling herself around Poppy, she needed to help Alice, darn it! But at the moment, the most she could do was keep Poppy safe.

The ground beneath them split apart and soon they too were falling. The ground came up to greet them and Rai landed on her side, taking most of the impact. The air had been knocked out of her lungs and sharp sting shot throughout her entire body. The ground shook, her vision blurred in and out of focus, and a loud crash echoed throughout the cave. Rai floated around in a state of semi-consciousness, the pain fogging up her thoughts. She held Poppy close, and the world tilted as black dots swum across her vision.

"Ready?" Scott had asked.

Tobin stared at the tree, then at his friend. He wasn't ready, but they had to do it. "Ready," he answered before giving the Quilava a small smile. Scott began climbing and Tobin followed, he planted his foot on the bark, held onto a low branch and pulled himself up. He managed to do it, but the thought of going higher frightened him. Still, he forced himself to be braver and climbed a little higher. "I can't see anything from here just yet," he reported, preparing to climb higher. Scott was just a bit higher up and he mentioned how climbing trees was tough work. The little comment made Tobin laugh. "Indeed, I'm out of breath already." He reached out for the closest branch. However, before he could hold onto it, the ground below them began to shake and the tree swayed from side to side, the leaves shaking violently.

Flame let out a warning, and the flames on his back flared up. He couldn't climb trees, so he stared on worriedly.

"We're okay!" Tobin's voice was higher in pitch than usual and he clung to the nearest branch for dear life. "Hold on tight Scott!" He yelled, but before his friend could respond, there was a sickening crack and a branch snapped, fell, and hit Scott in the back of his head. The boy began to fall and Tobin reached out, managing to grab onto his friends arm with one hand, while he held on the tree with his other, but he wasn't strong and he couldn't keep this up for much longer.

"Caterpieeee!" Suddenly, a caterpie fell on Tobin's head. He let out a shriek before falling off his own perch. Both boys fell onto the grass before and Tobin coughed and sputtered before jumping to his feet. Thankfully, the had been pretty close to the ground when they had fallen. There was a dull ache, but nothing more than that. Flame rushed towards both boys before his eyes flitted towards the forest. Tobin stared at the Quilava as fear ate away at him they needed to find Alice and Rai--and was Scott okay?!

He tapped his friend on the cheek. "Scott," Tobin mumbled, his friend's breathing was normal, but had he gotten a concussion. This was bad...very, very, bad. Tobin shakily got Scott to his feet. He pulled the trainer's arm over his shoulder, then got Scott standing through his support. "Flame, we need to find them." He walked as quickly as he could we an unconscious Scott leaning against him. Tobin's heart pounded in his chest, what could he do? "Scott," he whispered again, this time in a much more desperate voice.

He could only hope his friend would wake up soon. Slowly, he walked into the forest. They needed to regroup!

"Alice!" He screamed. "Rai! Poppy!" Over and over again, Tobin called, but there was no answer, only silence.
You and Rex have defo hit the feels D: Amy just needs a ton of hugs right now, like a group hug with all the members of the pride and Syed needs a mountain of puns. Poor guy, thinking of himself as a monster. *Gives Amy and Syed a TON of hugs*

Yeah, did they kidnap it from another couple D:?

and Dylan is definitely a pretty blonde (>w<)/ also, posted~! Have a grand mornight, guys!

"Yeah...yeah," Lucien nodded his head, the confusion ebbing away. Dylan was right, that had to be it, right? The summoner fumbled with the sleeves of his sweater then kept the nervous smile plastered to his face. He was feeling better, but his head was still pounding. How much did he drink? If he remembered right, he had stuck to soda and like one glass of wine. Well, maybe two, but that was it. He wasn't very fond of alcohol, after all, so how the hell did he wind up with a killer hangover?

The more he thought, the more his head pounded. In the end he decided to give up on thinking. He was satisfied with their conclusion because the alternative would have made things awkward. Dylan looked around before stating he had left something behind, the summoner arched an eyebrow in question but before he could follow up with a question Dylan suggested the go find the others and this made Lucien brighten up. A grin, genuine though somewhat weary lit up his face and he rubbed at his heck with a soft chuckle.

"Sounds like a plan, I don't remember anything." He shut his eyes then sighed. "Maybe we can knock on their doors....or check the lobby?" Gah...his head. He'd definitely make sure to stick to soda after what had happened. "Sure, sure, go ahead." Lucien stared at his inside out shirt and made a face. He pulled off his shirt, fixed it up then put it back on. That was better. "Okay, let's go shed some light on this confusion." The summoner walked out the door then waited for Dylan. "Do you remember anyone's room number?"

Aria stared at her and she stared back. What was there to say in crazy situations like this?

This was the most insane mission she had ever been sent on and she didn't know how to react. The awkward staring continued until Thunderhawk broke the silence.

“What the hell… happened… to you…? And why are you… wearing my clothes…? Did… did we…?”

Xan blinked at both of them. "What happened to me...? What happened to the both of you?" It was only then when she noticed Aria in Thunderhawk's clothes and the latter in one of Aria's dresses. Did they what? Suddenly, her friend turned as red as tomato and Xan understood what the ranger was implying. She nearly choked, the heat rising to her face as well. Was this supposed to be private? Was she supposed to be hearing any of this? She stared at them like a deer in headlights, not knowing what to say or do.

"--with a pervert running down the street naked.”

"Now let’s go back already so I can go take a shower--."

“C’mon Xan, let’s go!”

"W-What? " Her aching head made her a tad spacy and as a result she only got bits and pieces out of the conversation. Xan groaned, why were Thunderhawk and Aria so fond of alcohol? This felt horrible. She felt like she wanted to curl into a ball and shut her eyes tight. The girl trailed after her friend, too tired to give a lecture and too out of it to say anything else.
Wiki pages <3 thank you, Rex!

And indeed, poor, poor, guilders. Everything is so funny, but I can't help but pity Syed and Amy D: they need hugs.

*Cheers* Best of luck, Genkai (^w^)/ you're almost at the end of the tunnel.

Devie snapping, aye? That'll be interesting 8D. Ami will prolly be taken a back at first, but could end up laughing at it later on.
Posted, sorry for the wait >-< we've been packed with papers and projects and finals is two weeks away.

It's almost summer, I can feel it already! It's good to know you're doing fine, Genkai (^w^)/ I hope you had a grand week and happy Friday from the future.

By the way, what's up on your side of the globe :3? Also, I made Devie and Ami run into some enemies, hope you don't mind. For Garret and Ami though, I'm not sure about what they should do. Do you want them to go explore the neighborhood? Or do you have anything specific in mind?
Garret Rydel

Garret stared at the books Sasha had placed in his arms. Manga? He watched anime, but had never read manga. He didn't recognize the other two stories, but Inuyasha, he had seen on Animax. "Thank you, Sasha." Garret gave her a genuine smile, "I'll take care of them, promise." He added before tucking them safely into his shark bag. He'd make sure to keep it on his desk or put them in a drawer where Ashes couldn't touch them. The cat was curious little things, and when things smelled different, he always tried to check them out. He sat on the floor close to Sasha and they decided to play some cards. She seemed to believe in his skills and Garret couldn't help but smile nervously.

It was new, the feeling of having someone he voluntarily decided to hang out with. They liked the same things and were both indoor people. It was great how similar they were, it was fun and it felt nice. It didn't matter that Sasha was a girl, what mattered was that he enjoyed her company. His dad had teased him a bit yesterday evening, but he hadn't minded that too. Garret took out his cards and stared at the pokemon. Charmander, Kabutops, Rapidash, Ditto. He would have named the other Pokemon, but Sasha started to explain. It seemed easy enough, she stated it clearly and he found himself nodding, eyes gleaming with curiosity and a bright smile stuck to his face. "I'll go for water types then." He pulled out a Wartortle card, then looked around his deck for a Goldeen and a Staryu. The boy placed down his prize cards then nodded eagerly at all the new information Sasha was giving him.

They had a practice game and Sasha showed him the ropes. Surprisingly, the card game wasn't as complicated as he thought and after a game or two, he started getting the hang of it. Sasha's mother called them down for lunch afterwards and Garret thanked his friend for the game and his friend's mother for the meal. It was a nice day and so far he had been having a lot of fun, a lot more fun than he would have if he had decided to stay home with Ashes. Sasha asked if he wanted to walk around or watch TV, it was a nice and cloudy day and he could always watch TV at home, so hesitantly the boy went for going outside. "If it's alright with you," he rubbed the back of his head. "I'd like to look around outside. The weather looks nice. Maybe we can look at birds..." he paused, and realized how boring his idea sounded. He wasn't the most exciting kid out there. "Or, or, on second thought. What do you want to do Sasha?" Whatever she came up with, he was sure it would be great. Maybe they'd explore the neighborhood or maybe they'd run into a friendly dog. The possibilities were almost endless and Garret was glad, the mystery of what they were going to do next interested him.

Amity Averin

This was it. This was war!

The flashing lights, the aliens, and the thrill of the game made her giddy with excitement and in rush of everything, she quickly got separated from Devon. Ah, it didn't matter. She'd meet up with him later, she just had to remember G6. They were in a team and she was happy, this would be fun. The girl's own number was G2, and she ran through the arena, making sure to look right and left before she entered areas without any cover. The girl ducked behind a table and one of the members from the red team ran past without noticing her. It was a young boy, with his eyes focused on one of the aliens and nothing else. He was sitting duck! Ami grinned deviously, and hopped out of her hiding spot, guns drawn. "What's up?" She called out cheerily, and there was no mistaking the triumph and excitement in her voice.

"H-Huh?" The boy spun around eyes wide and the moment he did, Amity pulled the trigger, a smile plastered onto her face. She managed to hit him in the shoulder, he raised his gun, but before he could strike back, Ami shot him in the stomach, killing the lights. He was dead for this round. Ami turned her attention to the alien, shot it, gave the other boy a wave then dove into one of the empty, tubes. She could hear footsteps, so she decided to wait it out. Laughter and cheers echoed through the arena before the sound of footsteps grew faint. As soon as the laughter died, she crawled out of her hiding spot and dashed across the room, taking a sharp turn around one of the corners. Ami skidded to a stop right in front of someone and instantly, out of reflex, drew her weapon. It took a moment for her to recognize the person she was aiming at, but when she realized who it was she smiled.

"Oh, Devie, you threw me off guard for a moment." She inched closer towards him and pressed herself against the wall. Getting caught wasn't on her list of things do to. Soon there was a cheer from just around the corner and Ami stuck her head out and gave her surroundings a quick glance. There were two members from the red team patrolling the area, she pressed her back against the wall as quickly and as silently as she could. "Two people from team red," she whispered before an idea came to her. "Hey, hey, Devie? Wanna take them on? I bet we could." She was eager. "I can go distract them, you'll need to watch my back though." The girl hopped out from behind the walls and clapped to get their attention then made her way towards the nearest tubes, ready to dive for cover.

One of the boys from the red read turned to his friend. "Green spoted!" He called out as he began to aim, but Ami ran left and right only to disappear behind one of the tubes. "Go Devie," she had yelled as she leaped in one end and ran out the over. She used the tube as cover and aimed at the second boy who hadn't gone after her. The first boy spun around, shocked to see Devon right there. Had they been ambushed? He stared at the grinning girl then at the boy behind him, the answer was most likely a yes.
Oh! That looks really cool, Tae (^w^)/

Hopefully the test turns out okay, and have fun with your group mates. Happy Friday from the future, guys :P! Hope you have a grand mornight.

<3 It's so relaxing.

Fine. The word sounded foreign in his ears, and judging by how tense Dylan looked--by how confused he himself felt, it was clear that things were not fine. The matter artist started babbling, and his voice squeaked, cracked, and it sounded so unnatural. Something had happened, he could see it in his friends searching gaze. But what that something was, well, he didn't know. He closed his eyes, dug deep into his mind for answers, but nothing came.

There was the pounding of music, the faint smell of alcohol...the pretty blonde, but nothing about how they wound up nearly naked and in the same bed.

“You don’t remember either?”

"No, no," he tried to inject his words with optimism, tried to give them their usual cheer, but at the moment he couldn't and even Dylan looked absolutely confused. "Well...there was a pretty blonde. Pickup lines...and I don't know." Suddenly his eyes went wide and terror shot through him. "What...it couldn't have been you, yeah?" He forced a chuckle, but the situation they were in was starting to scare him. Dylan remembered not much more than he did, Lucien stared as his friend dashed to grab his clothes.

Suddenly, Lucien remembered his own lack of clothing. He stood awkwardly, in blue boxers with panda bears all over them. He paled then rushed to put on his pants then his shirt. In his haste his shirt was inside out. If the situation hadn't been so awkward he would have laughed at how silly he and Dylan were dressed.

“Lucy, I don’t know what happened last night. I can’t remember how we got here...or why.”

The atmosphere was heavy. It felt like he would choke. "Neither do I...but, it was probably...I mean, maybe we were so drunk we just decided to crash in the same room? Yeah, yeah, that could be it." Just hearing himself speak those words chased some of the confusion away. There was just no way, last night, he only had eyes for the pretty blonde. D-Dina? Dyna? Dylan. Screw this, he couldn't remember. "Let's calm down," he flashed a nervous grin, there wasn't much else to say. "There just has to be an explanation, yeah?" Lucien fiddled with his sleeves, his insides churning. He felt like he had been tossed into a horror movie.

"Mommy, why does that clown look so grumpy? Aren't they s'posed to be happy?"

Xan walked passed them, taking long, strides. She didn't remember anything at all, and her head pounded with each step. They had gone to the bar...she had a drink with Aria then everything after that was a blur, an incoherent mess. Images of the sand castle flashed inside her head. There was only one explanation, Aria and Thunderhawk. She quickened her pace, but it was hard in soggy shoes that were two sizes too big. Xan rushed past confused looking tourists in her dripping clown suit, colorful words and drawings all over her face, neck and arm. "They better have an explanation," she grumbled.

Suddenly, not too far away, she heard a shriek then a yell.

The metallurgist turned, then ran as fast as she could in her silly clown shoes. She weaved her way through the crowd, past the annoyed looking tourists and snickering passersby.

"What is wrong with you, running off like that?"

Aria. She was sure of the. Xan walked past a small crowd and stopped right in front of both Thunderhawk and her friend. The sight before her only made her head ache some more. Aria was in Thunderhawk's clothes and he was in a dress. "What on earth?" Her eyes went steely and she clenched both her fists. Breathe in. Breathe out. Stay calm. If this was some prank...if this was some JOKE, she was going to! Her fingers twitched and she stared at them, waiting for someone to say something, anything, as long as it made sense.
