Powers: Xavier has more of a uncommon range of powers, so to say. He nicknames the whole thing 'Grim Reaper's Death'. You shall soon know why.
Sickening Looks - Xavier gains the ability to see people's organs and the condition they're in. This proves useful in killings. Mostly because he can see mostly what caused the death and track the person who did it down by their abilities.
Countdown - He can see how long it is till someone dies by a black ring around their neck. If it's thick, then they're close to dying, so if it's thin, they're not going to die soon. This is mostly based on over aging deaths, so murders could still happen and he wouldn't know.
Death-blade - This simply summons his scythe that he specially made to suit his own purposes. It has a cursed tip, but it doesn't affect him if it hits him.
Dragons' Calling - He rarely uses this as it's a part of his dragonkin blood. It summons a dragon of death named Guiomar, mostly unknown to those who don't wander into dragon lore. It causes devastating damage to it's enemy and surroundings, so it weakens him a lot when he uses it.
Backstory: When he was younger, Xavier was always traveling around with his family. They never told him why, they just did. It seemed they were running away from something. He was younger then, though, so he wasn't bothered by this. It only got bad when 'that day' arrived. Xavier had been outside, playing with some other kids in the area. He didn't call them friends, just acquaintances. He had arrived home to find this girl standing over his mother and father who were dead on the floor. Their corpses were tangled up, no longer looking human in the slightest. "Ah, you must be their lovely child. Hm? Wondering why your parents are dead? They didn't pay a loan back, sweetie. But I wont kill you, you haven't done anything wrong. I'll just curse you! That's right..." She had said to him, before touching his head, then everything went black after that. Now, he lives his life alone.
