Life can be...just wow. Lessons learned from my hiatus: it's ok to be vulnerable with those you care about, the people who love you will always remain in your life and be true to what you want.

"No, it's just that I don't think it would be a wise use of your time to go off and pursue such a strange endeavor."
"It's not STRANGE, Akihiro, it's my PASSION. Isn't that why Dad sent you off to Shine City? To follow your passion? And now look at you, Mister I'mprobablygoingtobeafulltimeprofessorandwillforgethislittlesisterinthedust." Akihiro's ash brown hair bobbed slightly as he chuckled, holding the phone a bit closer to his ear as he made his way past the scant early risers of the city that so desperately wanted to go back to bed. At least, he could only make the assumption, seeing as their slow gait and steaming cups of coffee indicated that the only thing that could shake them from the thoughts of falling asleep would be a rush of caffeine. Thankfully, they were so tired that there were no dirty glares cast his way due to his being on the phone. Not that most cared, but Akihiro didn't want to be one of THOSE guys that was on their phone in public and yammering loudly about their personal business. This was, however, a special call: Azumi, his little sister and consequently the baby of the family, was approaching graduation from high school and was attempting to convince her brother to allow her to stay with him and pursue a dancing career, one which held little to no money and empty promises...or that was how he saw it.
"Zumi, you know that I want you to go after what you're passionate about, but come now, dancing? That's not a guaranteed profession."
"According to a bunch of websites I went to, yes it is! I could be a professional ballet dancer and make oodles of money and make you realize that yes, I can make it in the big time...but I need your help to rub it in your face." Another chuckle came from the graduate assistant, his green eyes looking up to find the sign for the Mochavine coffee shop, his destination.
"Just come visit me, I'll take you around and then we can talk here, ok?"
"Ok, ok...I love you, you big goober."
"I love you too, Zumi. Be good."
"No promises!" He shook his head, entering the cafe and spotting one of the local singers on stage. What was her name again? Was it Raven? He shrugged internally. Maybe after hearing her voice, he could identify her. Until then, he ordered his normal green tea with lemon and made himself comfortable in a small booth near the rear of the shop, yet still allowing him full view of the stage. He sipped his tea, nodding in approval before planting the book he had carried with him on the table. His class wouldn't start for another few hours, so he had some time to prep for the lecture on Assyrian mythology and Mochavine provided a wonderful place for him to focus. As he opened the book, he couldn't help but wonder about the duo he had met a couple of nights ago. Their evening had ended rather abruptly, Sonny and Aya seeming to disappear instantly, so he hoped that they had both found whatever they were looking for. A part of him hoped that Aya would come in, seeing as her striking appearance and mystique was a code he wanted an attempt at cracking. Alas, he doubted that would be the case.

Instead of dwelling on the immediate past, he delved into ancient history, opening his book as he leaned back into the booth.
Ohhh, sounds great! We'll keep trying to figure it out as we go, yeah? :)

Oh shoot. How do I delete posts? xD
Aw, sorry, I should've made that clearer...:/

So, I have it set up to where Master Arianth is going to want a relic that has the ability to enhance the foresight of Jedi visions. That sound ok?

Also, please please please feel free to continue to add your own twists, turns, etc. I've LOVED your posts so far and I think we have the start of something gorgeous :)

Also also, I have an arc running in my head right now...let me know if you think this'll work:

-Leoria and Yerbol arrive on Korriban to find the Republic forces slaughtered in an ancient tomb. They look like they were killed by a lightsaber.
-Either Leoria or Yerbol touch the relic and are infused with the enhanced powers of foresight. One sees a future filled with darkness, a few figures emerging from said darkness who claim themselves to be the Heralds of the Sith
-Garbed assassins attack the duo, they fend them off and grab their lightsabers as proof

What do you think so far? Feel free to add/subtract/modify
"Our help, Master? Really?"
"Master Arianth is correct. We are in dire need of help and we..." Mansuto looked to Arianth with a steely gaze, examining his fellow master's eyes before nodding, looking back at the duo who were now seated across from them.
"We could only think of you two for this perilous assignment, although I still have my reservations." Arianth shook her head at the sentiment, glancing at Mansuto as she told him quietly:
"Come now...there is no need to express doubts before we tell them what we are asking, which we both know is much." Mansuto sat back, agreeing:
"Of course, my apologies. Just, with the level of danger this operation carries..." He shook his head, his lekku twitching violently for a few seconds before he explained:
"You are both familiar with Korriban, the former home world of the Sith, correct?"
"Yes...I studied Korriban's history quite intently with Leoria's help, of course."
"So you are both aware that the planet has not been inhabited for some time now."
"Last I heard, the planet was being scouted by the Republic for reforestization efforts."
"Yes, that is the case. The Republic forces managed to find their way to the planet and land a few weeks ago. Their communications with the Republic have ceased as of last week and we have felt a strange emptiness coursing towards us. It feels dark, hollow, cold. Things that I have not felt since the fall of the reborn Empire a few years ago. We must ensure that the Republic forces are secured and returned home in order to understand what has caused the radio silence. But, of course, we do have a second objective. I will allow Master Arianth to inform you of the relic we need returned to us." Before Master Arianth could speak, Yerbol raised his hand, a habit that wasn't easily broken even after his ordination as a Knight.
"Masters, will we be the only ones who go on this operation? Why can't the Republic send its own troops?"
"Because the Republic cannot be trusted with such a valuable operation."
"Valuable? Not trusted? Master, I-"
"Yerbol, enough." His icy cold tone halted Yerbol's sentence in his tracks. The young Knight knew that he needed to allow Master Arianth to tell them more.
No worries! Hope you have a great rest of your day!
Sounds good! Same for Mansuto. Commandeer him as much as you need
Neat! Nice picture!

Also, I was thinking it would be cool to have the other Master be Arianth so that both Masters could give them this mission together. That sound ok? If so, would you mind playing Arianth?
