Alright, this can work, we just got to edit a few things to fit fluff a bit better.
Now, point one. Orcs work for good defensively, not offensively. They are better as guardians than crusaders, mostly seeing as how the 'default' (most common) affinity is earth. Any Orcs sent on missions of vengeance usually do so alone, and are quite merciful. They see the slaughtering of the helpless as cowardly and dishonorable, not to mention unjust. However, these are the average Orc. Nothing says the Order Sheo belonged to was normal, in fact living in IGNIS probably made them more aggressive. Basically, the average Orc's core value is that it is better to save a good life than take an evil one. That's easy and you don't really have to change anything.
finally, what kind of Elf was the baby? Elves are uncommon but not rare in IGNIS, with High Elves being the most common.
