Luck is always zero because Luck growth is entirely dependent on who the person is. It's been that way in every Fire Emblem game. As a lord, your final growths formula is on the Lord tab.

Why are luck growths 0 across the board? Also, I'd assume various characters keep their growth rates from their original class if they reclass? Also, shouldn't everything have at least 05? seems like 0 magic could be really bad on a physical class considering magic weapons.
