The truth is, at current psychomancy is very UNbalanced in combat unless you have a rune, which may or may not work. Though I know they're working on it.
Edit: yes, that's true, but everything should at least be balanced there.

Assuming two mages with equal skill in magic and physical prowess, but different bloods, there should be no situation in which one blood is superior to the other in a one on one fight.

But if you don't have a rune, there is no defense. And the common folk don't really have runes(At least I don't think so). Even a strong will matters little.

Nay. I can do worse with vitamancy when Mar becomes a master. Merely a look can cause someone's ribs to push outward, ripping and tearing skin as the bones straight outwards exposing the heart. One could collapse it, one chamber at a time, the thumping pouring blood into the lungs while it feels like needles (those very, very tiny ones) are being stuck roughly in. Skull could collapse, the brain crushed to a pulp while eyes bulge and blood spurts out to run down the face. IF feel really creatively I could slowly cause the jaw to rip itself free and have it dissolve into the chest cavity. Though I could list more, I'm not currently feeling too morbidly creative at the moment. Beside, Fist of the North Star isn't in Blood Act.. so what's the point?
