Character name: Leonard Brandt, Master Battlemage.
Age: 49
Mageblood type: Lux
Favoured Magic Class: Pyromancy, knows a fair bit of personal Vitamancy.
Previous Magic training: Eanian military, then his cousin.
Race: Eanian Human.
Appearance: Brandt is a huge tank of a man, standing at just an inch over six feet, with enough muscle to subdue a bear through sheer physical power alone. He has just above shoulder length blonde hair, with more than a few streaks of gray running through, and almost emerald green eyes. He has a short well-maintained beard, and his face is weathered by several battle scars, as well as the passage of time.

By far his most defining feature is his left arm. It appears to be made of metal, and in fact it is... mostly. It is prosthetic made to replace the mangled remains of his arm after an encounter with a former lieutenant. Well, technically. In actuality a fair amount of the flesh and bone remains, bonded and fused with the metals thanks to his own vitamancy. Thankfully, this disgusting nightmare is covered by the later plates, leaving a completely metallic artificial arm. The arm appears a dull grey-black, but has several parts engraved and inlaid with light, more luminescent metals. In the shoulder, there is a large Volcanic Crystalloid, roughly the size of a baseball. It appears to be a black obsidian color, with glowing orange streaks that pulse to yellow, then white, then red, then orange again. There are also three marble sized flesh colored vitamancy gems in the back of the hand, which has wicked looking gleaming Magebane claws.

This is not the original arm, which was iron. Over the years he has redone the excruciating rebonding process to progressively grant him stronger materials, and this time he seems to be satisfied. It took him a decade to have Crummite plates painstakingly shaped and polished to actually be useable, as well as give him time to find mage-bane for the claws. At this point, he'd only upgrade again if the world suddenly turned upside down and heaped a load of godstone on him.
Short Bio: Brandt was once a general of the Eanian military, a well-respected one as well. Well-loved by his troops for his caring nature, as well as his intolerance of political nonsense. That all changed when the fire nation attacked. A lieutenant under his command seemingly went mad and started attempting to kill everyone with his considerable pyromancy skills.

Brandt managed to stop him, but at a cost. His arm was irreparably damaged, and he was held responsible for his subordinates rampage and was court-martialled a week later. Then, he wandered. He briefly utilized his considerable wealth to found a mercenary company so he could at least indirectly protect the people of Eania, but it soon became apparent that his good nature was ill-suited to turning a profit and eventuallly disbanded the group. Eventually, he ended up at the twilight college, and found that as he was particularly skilled in the art of war, he was perfectly suited to the position of instructor, his experience commanding and training troops was invaluable. Now, he teaches the more physical aspects of magic, how one can blend their blood with their body in a more fluid manner. In addition, it's his job to keep the majority of the younger students in good shape as well as train the meager guard platoon the college has. While golems are okay, a few men is necessary.

He's been with the college for a little over a decade now, and while he has little say in college affairs, he quite likes it here. The way he sees it, anything he can do to help these young mages survive in such a hostile world is the right thing to do.
Good Attributes: Kind, brave, selfless, charitable, strong, Mastery level in his blood, Extremely adept combatant, Has extensive training in all but the most exotic of weapons, and his prosthetic is a powerful weapon in it's own right.
Bad Attributes: Short-tempered, impatient, Doesn't get along with bound demons, Huge frame can be troublesome, Prosthetic useless in everyday life, can't swim, insomniac, and can be a bit abrasive at times.
Secret Word: Rebirth.

Alright, first draft of Brandt; Wizard PE Teacher edition!

True. But, then again, Lucius doesn't eat trees so maybe you should turn into a tree.

This needs to be in a quote section.

i hate this thing. so much right now.

YOU ONLY HAVE TO CLICK ONCE. FOOL.

Alright, but at least lower it to what I asked and it can remain Fortite armor. Please? If I compromise, then I hope you will too. It's not as easy to crack armor and keep some NPCs at lower levels for characters like Mar who doesn't wear armor.

Alright, I think I got an idea. I'll PM it to you in a moment...

That might be a problem than. I was hoping to make a Runecrafter Dwarf.

WAIT! I was gunna make a runecrafter dwarf mechanist!

Impossible. Only Varric has achieved such a thing, and you cannot ever hope to reach touch upon his glory. Your dreams are as weak as you convictions, and such a character would never exist in this realm, or the next!

Indeed. No dwarf worth his salt is clean shaven, to do so is heresy. I feel I shall go to great lengths to preserve the sanctity of the dwarven people.

It’s the Fortite set that I’m unease about and though I’m not against you having a suit of armor, I rather not such a high grade. I can deal with Crugheye or Steel since those are in lesser strength when in comparison. Yes, I understand there's others above it but it's still higher up then steel at least. Another thing is: that was ACT 3. this is ACT 1. You don’t need to worry about enemies, mainly cause I make their levels, and so will Rtron and Lucius (Unless they want me to whip their arses), fit to the character’s own level. It also means if Alaira has Fortite armor then she’s ineligible for any GM Gifts I might bestow on her. It's not fair to have both armor and a special item on top of it so if you're still intend on keeping the armor as Fortite, then at least lower it from full armor to a breast plate and leg coverings. She's got my vote. .I think Lucius is right here… namely how did he come to the College or he heading there now? As for the sword, I rather there be a limit of how many times he can use the ability. We can later on increase it through another means but some of the story elements might require magical barriers which if I read this right, would put Halko at an advantage when attempting to get into an area I otherwise wouldn’t want him in. :p So, let’s say about 3 times per IC mission and we’ll pm/OOC you if I don’t want him to bypass the barrier. Sound reasonable?Ruthless how and what way? Does he outright just attack or makes note for future disposal? Do accidents…happen as lessons to those that get in his way? This more my own curiosity and helps me determine if I should make a pet out of him or not.

Act 2, actually. She was a scrublord then too. She's actually less powerful than her previous incarnation because she lacks her indestructable permasharp legendary lance! Please, its important to me, and I'll gladly forego any GM gifts to keep it. Seriously, I need it for her backstory.
How tall is Locas, again? cuz with Alaira's new, err, stature theres bound to be a huge differential. Yay Gigantism!

UserName: Lucius CypherCharacter name: Annabeth GulchAge: 19Mageblood type: Lues Favoured Magic Class: PsychomancyPrevious Magic training: None. She doesn’t even know she has mage blood.Race: Narsea HumanAppearance: Short Bio: Annabeth is the youngest child of three. She grew up on her family’s farm, which her father got after serving some time in Eania’s Royal Guard. Her mother died giving birth shortly after she was born, so she grew up under the same mannerisms as her brothers, at least until she was old enough to care about such things as being feminine. Her eldest brother, Rendar Gulch, one day left the farm when he discovered that he had Mage Blood and went to train at the Twilight College so that he may join the Royal Guards like his father had. This left Annabeth to help run the farm with just her father and her other older brother Brendan. But about a few years later, Annabeth’s father grew ill. He was old, and his time was coming to an end. By this time it would be up to Annabeth and Brendan to take care of the farm. Rendar came home to help take care of their ill father, but things took a turn for the worse. Bandits attacked the farm one night, stealing nearly everything of value and burning their home to the ground. Annabeth was saved by Brendan, but he was struck down just as they were about to flee. It was then that Rendar went into such a rage that he killed all the bandits in a single lightning strike, so powerful that it leveled the entire farm into a crater. Annabeth was lucky to not have been killed herself. That day Annabeth and Rendar had to bury the remains of their brother and father at the same place where their mother was buried at. Rendar told Annabeth to move with some family back at Eania, and since she didn’t really know what else to do with her life, she did as he told. She lived there for a short while with her other family members, but part of Annabeth didn’t want her to stay. She wanted to become more powerful than just the frail farm girl, someone who could take care and protect her friends and family. She felt weak, and she was going to do something about it.Though it was difficult finding one willing to teach a girl, she took up swordsmanship. She fought with a sword and small shield, and even learned grappling using knives. As she continued her training, she received a message from the Twilight College from someone named Lucilia. Apparently something had happened to her brother, and they would like to extend a helping hand to his next of kin. Fearing the worse, Annabeth packed her things and headed towards the college. She didn’t know what happened to her brother, but she was determined to save him.Good Attributes: Silk Hiding Steel – Annabeth may look like a demure young woman, but hidden underneath her unassuming appearance is a fierce warrior. She hasn’t gotten into a real fight personally, but she has honed her mind to be able to operate in the heat of battle with grace and efficiency.Horse Rider – Annabeth is an excellent horse rider, and while some may be more difficult than others, she can easily adapt to different horses and riding styles.Archer – When she lived back on the farm Annabeth helped her brother hunt when her father was growing too old to do it himself. She’s not the best shot, but to dismiss her as an amateur would be a mistake as well. She can land an arrow into a buck fifty yards away if she has time to lead it, and she has and is quite good at using her bow while on a horse, even as it’s galloping at full speed.Domestic Skills – Annabeth took care of the house back at the farm, and she didn’t lose any skills when she moved. Her family owned an inn, and despite owning it for twenty years, Annabeth pretty much took care of most of the physical duties and chores during her time there. Cleaning, cooking, organizing, talking to customers, if she didn’t do it, it was because she was busy doing something else important.Bad Attributes: Unexperienced – Despite all her training, Annabeth has only done just that: training. She’s never been in a serious confrontation before, and the only time she did she had to be saved by her brother. She’s no warrior despite what her skills may tell you.Light Weight – Referring to Annabeth’s physique and to her alcohol tolerance. Annabeth is strong, but she’s also rather small. She can train her body to lift and use a ten pound sword with ease, but a hard blow will likely shatter bones if she doesn’t protect herself properly. And it only takes half-pint of ale to make her loopy. Worse if she actually gets poisoned, as her immune system isn’t the best.Naïve – Annabeth’s something of an optimist. This isn’t bad in itself, but it’s almost absurd how often she thinks that some people or things could be reasoned with or how good something could be. Though it is partly so she can cope with whatever tragedy she’s going through at the moment, the denial can be more detrimental than trying to make light of a very bad situation.Secret Word: Rebirth

4/10, would not bang. At least I wouldn't if I had the choice at all. Being a cyborg sucks...
