Probably. When I was talking to Genkai she was trying to figure out how to make the CSs small as possible yet still show the skill of the player. I think she's a big believer in "Show it in the IC." Personally, when you make a CS too long you cause other people to feel less able, and on rare occasions you get a giant Internet Dick comparing contest.
