Oh holy GODS not the Naeri! They're like the A-Team of caravans! They say that before they kill you, they give you a serenade based on the torture they're about to inflict! AND THEN THEY DON'T LET YOU DIE.

What is with the assumption that the Naeri aren't physically dangerous?

And they will kill to avenge or protect life. >_>
Goblins would probably be a large part of the Naeri from what I hear, thus they'd have their support! :3
Well.
I should stop talking before I give hints.

I see where you are coming from with the idea alright.

Did you notice the thing in my CS AND THE NAERI THAT I TALKED TO YOU ABOUT IN PMS
I'm looking forward to it!

In the past #2 has almost always been a good friend of #1, if ya wanna make it that way XP

If, hypothetically he were to describe himself, would he say that you couldn't touch this?

PRETTY MUCH.

Think of that guy Edward from FFIV. Doesn't do much damage to an enemy, but the stuff he brings to the party is what is the meaning between life an death.

Well we're more than likely gonna end up on the same side. I'm just pointing out a couple of things so that you don't get caught out against any NPCs. Hell, if the antagonist is what I think it's gonna be, we need all the oomph we can get.

I would also like to say Sam is more along the rogue archetype rather than the silly bard Archetype. He's not exactly meant to be a bruiser, more like that guy who climbs a tree and hurls pinecones. Or the guy who always seems to find a way to get away.

In terms of group dynamics, he's utility.

I have to say, as it goes on, Sam will be much more influential. If our GM paid close attention to the CS, he'd notice why immediately. I asked him politely not to tell though OnO

Not as effective as you may think, actually. I do hope we all abide by some semi-logiclal constraints of combat. The main problem with a knife is that it's really a short weapon, it's more effective at thrusting than actually slashing, it's always going to be ineffective vs armour due to a few factors, including the fact that there is next-to-no weight behind as of it's slashing or thrusting attacks. Or something like that, anyway.

Knives are also a fairly useful disarming weapon, and a well placed throw can catch a chink in anyone's armor as long as it exists. But I get where you're coming from, I'll just have to wait out the display.

And Sam is normally a much more powerful character but I needed him into the ground because I thought our party was gonna be fairly average >_>
He's a one of a group of Seven spanning an entire continent, a seven that meets with 4 (now 3) elders that might as well know something extremely important.

Not only that, I have not described how effective a knife can really be xP
PpppppffffffttttT
Everyone stop making assumptions about Sam before I even finish his sheet!
