Age: Indistinguishable
Gender: Male(?), Possibly genderless (artificially)
Sexuality: Asexual (He reproduces by budding. Just not really. Though it's been discussed whether he can in fact reproduce asexually?)
Species: Spliced, some call him a "Chimera," as his core species isn't apparent.
Height: 7'
Hair Colour: Hairless
Eye Colour: Deep, feral yellow
Deformities/odd features:
-Ignorant: His primary failure is the fact he's more feral than sentient. His intelligence level is around the stereotypical "Caveman."
-Compassion: Not ordinarily a Deformity, but he was designed as a ruthless "warrior" with higher thinking skills, both of these failed miserably.
-Rebellion: Back to the "designed to be a warrior" bit, he has an instinctual urge to be unreliant.
General Appearance: Oh Boy! This is a doosy!
Beast is tall, dark, and frankly rather scary. He has a humanoid appearance, but only his torso follows the conventional human muscular/skeletal system. His skin, for one, is pitch black, tough, and rather leathery. But it's also smooth and rather amphibious in texture. (In fact his skin absorbs oxygen when he is in water) His blood runs an electric-yellow which shows through a yellow-ish hue through his skin. His arms are human-like despite the skin, so are his hands, but his fingernails are hard, the same yellow as his blood, and rather clawlike. (They're hooked like a cat's and made for shredding)
His torso is the same black, with all typical human muscle-structures, however he has no belly button, and no nipples. It's smooth black except for a pyramid like patch of skin that rises just above where a belly button would be and extends down to his groin area, thighs, and runs along the underneath of his tail. This skin is a duller-hue of his blood and can be turned on like a light switch when he is in the dark, so yes, he can glow if he wants to. Similar patches of skin appears on his palms, the front of his neck, and behind elvish-looking ears.
Then the face... oh the face. On first glance you might mistake the features for slightly human, but when you look harder you can see the features are twisted in a hellish fashion. He has a short cat-muzzle-like effect to the area of his face from his nose down to his chin, his nose also looking rather feline. His lips are yellow in color and rather humanoid, when peeled back in a snarl he showcases omnivore-like teeth.
The bottom row of teeth are all flat with two upward cutting canines that are very prominent relative to his lower jaw. There are two top rows of teeth, and outer row filled with reptilian fangs, and an inner row that matches up with his lower set. The two top rows are so close they're near indistinguishable from each other. Because of this he is often washing his mouth out with a liquid to keep things from getting, well, getting stuck. That liquid is often his lime-green saliva. Which is basic in nature, referring to the opposite of acidic. (A.K.A. Soapy, Slimy, Slippery)
His eyes are yellow slits, much like a cats, and are very piercing. (Yes they glow in the dark too.) They're spaced rather evenly on his face. His scalp is bald, mostly due to two horns sticking out side by side, starting from his brow, barely rising out of the skin before jutting backwards into the air until curving slightly downward back toward his skull. They're very hard, they're black as coal, and they make his head rather heavy, but also rather tough. (He can headbutt a steel wall and won't feel much pain, he'll only get disoriented. And on either side of his head are elf-like ears that can also somewhat resemble a cat.
Trace down along his spine and you will fine a tail that is long and reptilian, yet with leather skin rather than scales. it is rather thick at the base and tapers to the thickness of a large-man's wrist before it finally comes to point. It is strong and able to lift loads as heavy as those he lifts with a single arm.
His legs are rather humanoid at his thighs, but after it hit's his knees you notice they're like that of a deer's, not ending in feet but rather hooves. They're very strong despite looking rather thin.
To round off this giant appearance section I would like to say he is overall rather lithe compared to his bones structure, yet he is incredibly strong. He doesn't wear clothes because he doesn't...have...genitalia...? (He wasn't made to reproduce, oh no, that's dangerous... but maybe he till can? >.>)
Personality: Beast has the archetypical gentle giant personality. He's large, threatening to look at, and physically superior to most, but at his core lies something akin to a big puppy. It absolutely infuriates his creators, which is why a few of them are now dead. His kindness to those smaller (which is most) is unsurpassed, and he will often put himself in life-threatening situations in order to protect said smaller individuals.
On the flip-side, he can still get angry. When Beast is truly angry he loses most of his ability to be merciful and gentle, thank God all his anger normally channels into what made him mad, so lashing out at those who have nothing to do with the problem is abnormal, but it has happened. His anger is what really led to him being classified as a faulty experiment.
Interesting fact: He likes furry things to the point of life-or-death obsession.
History:
Not much history is known about Beast as he is often kept locked up TIGHT. Rumors float around the Soap Factory on what actually happened with him. To put those rumors to rest, you'd have to prove one of them is true, and it goes like this.
Yada yada, war scientist attempt to create a super soldier, blah blah, instead make an idiot Chimera-like creature. War scientist give him a chance and put him through tests into the time he "grows up." War scientist push to far, bluh bluh, ask Beast to kill wrong thing, -insert talk of last night's game-, Beast refuses, -insert serious face-, Beast murders 4 scientist, Beast is labelled defective for his compassion and inability to kill fuzzy. -insert perverted Guard-joke-
This is why he's locked in a cell rather than a cage, and his limbs are chained. Whether the rumor is true or not, any intelligent dipshit will realize, "Nonono, Not gonna touch that with a twenty-nine foot pole."
