Okay. This is a bit of an update. I'm not sure what to do right now. I am losing contact with most people who were interested and now we have may a few people. Do we want to continue? I hate leaving this and the long wait, but I don't know what to do at the moment.
All right. I read through all of your profiles and considered all of your suggestions for crest distributions. Here is my tentative list.
1. Charity-
2. Confidence-
3. Determination- May Ryland (Rin)
4. Faith- Carrie Morris (blaziken)
5. Honor-
6. Justice- Clara Mitchell (myself; very tentative as I'd be more than willing to play any ramaining trait)
7. Peace- Birdie Stein (Buttercup)
8. Trust-
9. Wisdom- Tim Wolfe (Crimson)
Hey, everyone. I'm afraid that I have some bad news. Unfortunately, it seems that I have to bow out of the RP. My hectic home life is leaving me very little time to be online. So, I'd rather bow out early than risk slowing the story down and making it less fun for all of you. I'm so sorry. I hope I get to RP with each of you at one time or another. Good luck to everyone and happy writing!
Really? You think so? I suppose that is the most sensible way to do it.

Also, the IC is officially open. Yay!
Clara Mitchell picked her art supply bag up off the floor and ran towards the stairs, still brushing and doing her hair. She had overslept this morning. Her summer art class started in 20 minutes and the local bus would take at least 15. That wouldn't matter anyway if she didn't get to the corner in less than 2 minutes to catch it. Clara was sure she sounded like an elephant coming down the stairs as Mom was there at the door to block her.

"Where do you think you're going without breakfast? Or a lunch?" Mom scolded.

Mom was a real tyrant about Clara and her sisters eating properly. Clara reached into her pocket and pulled out her allowance.

"I can buy both at the student store, Mom." She quickly slid her shoes on. "I haven't to go now, so I don't miss the bus! Love you! Bye!"

Clara ran as fast as she could to catch the bus at the corner. It was already sitting there and she barely made it on. The bus driver and the other passengers looked at her heatedly as she stood there panting and catching her breath.

"How...much?" She gasped out.

"A dollar! Now, get to your seat!" growled the bus driver.

Clara paid her fare and found a seat. The bus was about halfway to her school when a strange thing happened. A greenish colored vortex opened up in the sky.

"What is that?!" Clara yelled and stuck her head out of her window, "Awesome! Its a spiral aurora! Whoa!!"

Suddenly, several streaks of light shot out from the center and one of them crashed into the road in front of the bus. The bus driver slammed on his brakes and brought the bus to a stop just before the new crater. Everyone on the bus was screaming and scrambling to get off.

Clara was trapped by the rush of people. "Ow! Stop shoving!"

Finally, Clara managed to get off the bus, more than a little bruised and jostled. A beam of light shot up from it and Clara has this sudden urge to go see it. She approached the crater and noticed that the light was coming from a strange gadget. She didn't even hesitant to slide down into the crater to get a better look. The odd gadget started vibrating and grew brighter when she reached for it. As soon as she picked it up, she felt herself vibrating, too. There was a blast of light. She wondered why she wasn't more frightened about this as she lost consciousness.

The girl was awoken by a bright yellow chick-looking creature pecking her hand. Clara groaned and rubbed her head.

"Hey, wake up!" it said in a high, chirpy voice. "This is not a good place to take a nap, you know?"

Clara sighed and sat up. She looked around. Why was she in a forest? Her head hurt, so this couldn't be a dream. The little chick creature was so excited that it was bouncing up and down. It leaped up onto Clara's head.

"Yay! You're here! You're awake!" it chirped happily.

Clara reached up and grabbed it. Confused, she brought it to her eye level. It responded by smiling widely.

"Hi! I'm Chicchimon!"

Clara screamed at the top of her lungs and threw the poor Digimon into the underbrush. She jumped up and started to run away.

Cicchimon hopped back out of the bushing and chased after her. "W-wait! Its not safe that way! Waaaait!"
Bingo! Buttercup got it! After reading everything you put and judging by what I've seen of you so far in OOC, I trust you'll make a great character, Rin! :D

I have a few more people who are working on the characters as we speak. There will be a few more characters to come, including Fabricant's character. Thank you very much! He/she (I'm not sure what gender you are...Sorry!) has volunteered to play our villain and we have been discussing the evil goals involved.

Plus, the IC will up sometime tonight. :) I am going to try and keep it simple until we know for sure who is in and who isn't. Please try to do the same. By that I mean, two people shouldn't post back and forth by themselves for three hours resulting in 18 new posts for everyone to read before they can post their intro. Okay? :D

Also, I wanted to talk about the crests. Now, I was not planing on simply assigning them based on which fits the character best. But if that's what everyone wants, I could. I wondered if you wanted everyone to pick their own, but that could result in fights. I'd need a way to decide then. I suppose another way is to randomize them. Have everyone pick a number or something. What do you guys think?
Way to go, everyone! They all sound great! Buttercup, blaziken, and Rin:You are all approved and accepted! You, too, Crimson. I thought I put that in here but I couldn't find it. So, I may be repeating myself. I am in contact with more of the group, so we may have more people soon. So far, we have 5 people for sure. I hope to hear from the others within the next day or so. The goal is to have the IC up and running on Wednesday. Ok? See ya then! *Thumbs up!*
Bjornwulf nodded at his fellow Nord. "I'm Bjornwulf. I'm not not a fighter at first choice, but I'll give it my best. " He slowed down and brought up the rear. It was kind of amazing. Even for a Nord in Skyrim, this mountain was still damn cold. The farther up the mountain they traveled, the colder it got. he started to worry about some of their companions. It seemed that not everyone was as prepared for the cold. Unfortunately, he didn't have much to spare to help them if they needed it. He continued wondering as they made their way up the mountain. This was an interesting little group. The talkers were just about even with those that didn't. He wasn't sure how well most of the group would react to the others. He hoped that it wouldn't be a hindrance to their quest. It was something else that would just get in the way.

When they reached their chosen campsite, the group seemed to go set up their spot and retreat to their hobbies or conversations. The effort was being made at least. He overheard the conversation over leadership. He glanced in the direction of Ulemi, Ji'sien, and Jorn. He walked over to them for a moment. "Sorry. I overheard you talking and I have to say: while I agree with the communal effort, in the end we still need a leader." He smiled and went to set up his sleeping area. He made it a decent distance from the rest of the group. He needs the space. He pulled what little metal he had to work with. He made a separate, smaller fire. He wondered if he would be called on to stand guard.

Bjorn sighed and set a bundle of metal strips into his fire. He poked and turned them until they were good and hot. Red-hot! He took one out of the fire and swung his smithing hammer. The sound of the hammer against hot metal instantly calmed him. This was the only way he could truly relax and think. Once he smarted working, all of his fears and doubts faded away. His mind started wandering as he worked. This whole bit about the dragons was not something that would just go away. They'd need a plan eventually. The Greybeards were a great start but where would they go after that? And what if the Greybeards refused them? Would that be it? Could they find another way? Bjorn paused and shook his head. He wiped the sweat off his brow. This was too heavy. He was swinging too hard. He tried to let his mind drift off in a different direction. The rest of the group were all so different. Even though some of them were the same race, they all had different strengths and weakness. He wondered what would come out of this quest. Soon, he worked himself tired and went to lay down for the night.
**Reserved. Hey, I am working on my post but my weekend ended up crazy. I'll be posting it either late tomorrow or early Monday. I'm sorry!**
That's great, Crimson. Approved! And great eye, Rin!
