Digi-Destined: OCs [Cas] [Small group; 5-10] [Have basic story outline]

Hey, welcome to my search thread.

Well, lets just get started. As it says, I am looking for a small group to join me for a Digimon-based RP. I am looking a group of RPers to play an OC cast of the new Digi-Destined. I am thinking that it occurs sometime between Generation 1 and 2. I wouldn't mind doing a style similarly to either of those generations. I don't do anything after that. The major difference is that the Digi-Destined in this one are American. They don't have to be from summer camp or anything. That part is flexible. I do have an idea about the bad guy(s) and the nefarious goal (:D). I want to try to be as original as possible. As for the characters and their Digimon, please do not just rip off existing characters. Pick a unique Digimon (heck, make one up! lol) Make your OC truly fresh. 5 or so of the players will be the Digi-Destined. The spot to play the bad guy is open for someone other than me (as long as you don't mind working with me). I am unsure just yet as to wheither or not you have to play your own Digimon or not. I may require it if we don't get enough replies. If we have enough, I may take a list of both and then pair up characters and Digimon. So, this is just about as far as I can go here.

Hey, thanks for welcoming me.I am more than willing to answer any and all questions! :D For RP themes, I usually tend to lean towards supernatural (vampire/werewolves, etc; but please, don't Twilight me to death. x.x), sci-fi (space travel/aliens/androids, etc), fantasy (fairies/elves/dwarves, etc), and various fan fictions of sci-fi/fantasy series(Star Trek/Star Wars/LOTR/Dr. Who, etc) or anime/manga (too many to mention!) At my worst days, I usually prefer to write at least a paragraph; while on my good days, I have been known to even get in four. I typically average 2-3. This also greatly depends of the feedback that my partner gives me, of course. If I don't have that much to work with, well...I can't work that well. I am fairly regular on my replies. I usually check in daily but sometimes its every few days. However, if I am online, I will reply ASAP unless I am having Writer's Block (which I would tell you). As for bacon, what do you think I have jello for brains? Of course, I adore bacon! And neckties? Are. Cool.

I. I do not have a preference as to what gender the characters are or which of them we each play. I can play a girl or a guy. If anything, I've been told I make a better guy than some guys, but it makes no difference to me. I will most likely play whichever works best for my partner. I do have little experience with gay or lesbian RPs though. I also am not a erotic role-player, even over messengers or Skype. I prefer a little actual story-line. Romance is fantastic and I almost consider essential to a lot of role-plays. There has to be some courting involved though. By courting, it means more than “Hi. You’re cute. Here’s some flowers. Want to come back to my place?” I’d prefer you to be at least mostly literate, please. I do not want any “Hayz. Wazzup?” or *actions* or any of that slang where you remove all of your vowels. Complete sentences are your friend, trust me. I also love details and well thought out responses. Italics for thoughts and quotes for speaking would be greatly appreciated. I’d also prefer it to not be in highlighter yellow or any other crazy, hard-to-read color. Now, I do not log in everyday. I am on fairly regularly, but I have a life as well. Please, don’t ditch me after a few hours or even a couple days. Also, please tell me if you are losing interest. Maybe we can shake it up. As for plot-lines, I have some but I do not wanted to be the one in charge of the entire story-line. Creativity is welcome. Do not take over the story, though. And just no to god-mode. Now, I have some ideas to try and maybe even some story-lines.
II. I generally lean towards fantasy or science fiction ideas. Real-life situations need to be fairly fleshed out and interesting. I will wait for a good idea for these. Demon ideas have to be done just right. I have never really done anything regarding furries.

I am a friendly, smart, and nerdy/geeky girl. I enjoy writing, usually poetry, sci-fi or fantasy novels. This also includes role-playing. I like a huge volume of anime and manga. I like video games in various genres; RPGs, simulation, and trivia/puzzle games mostly. My favorite, life-long love is researching ancient mythologies (largely Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Norse) and I am studying to become a cultural anthropologist. I'm here looking for a new role-playing community. My old sites are either dead, dying, changing to other focuses, aiming at a largely pre-teen to adolescent audience, or been taken over by tired wannabes/RP-haters/incorrigible snobs. lol. Wow.
