So I'm kinda hyped to try joining this.
I have some questions though and I understand if you don't really have the answers yet. But I thought I would ask them anyway:
1.) When we are exploring this undiscovered land, who will decide what our characters will find? Us or Yourself or both?
2.) Can we create our own talents/traits that we can purchase/improve with XP?
3.) I'd really like to join. So can I have a chance to get my application approved when the OOC kicks off?

So anyway I was thinking about creating a tough guy, since it seems it would seem to fit for two roleplays that I plan to join. I mean obviously their backgrounds, are going to be different but... I was wondering what type of big guy/tough guy warrior you would be looking for as a member of the Sword.

My day went really well, just chilled and did some shopping, looking for dem good deals.
[Tiger (Group B) - East Hall, Second Floor Main Building]
He felt a ringing in his ears, for a few painful minutes but he didn't understand why. When he opened his eyes, Tiger knew he was definitely not at the picnic that he was enjoying with Genki and Holly. Two of his good friends.
The place had a strange air to it, but he couldn't quite place the smell, it was weird.
I got to find a way out of here... He decided.
Then he happened to look down and noticed a strange white scrap of paper, he didn't know about that either-but instinct told him that it was important. And so he put it in his mouth and cautiously, made his way to a stair case he saw in the distance.

I know I haven't expressed interest yet, but I'd like to now. And I'd also like to try and add stuff with my suggestions.
Can Science play a role in the roleplay? For example there could scientists, developing "fake scripts" that could be machines perhaps. Then they sell these fake scripts to the casters, which could become very powerful, very quickly by destroying the scripts and then the casters could go for world domination.
Also could the setting be steampunk?
