Clark nodded to his companion as he had agreed with the man about the fact that the world had changed, in many more ways then one. As he had remembered from his childhood that there had been days when he ran around the neighbourhood without fear, but sadly such days didn't exist anymore.

He then heard the man speak about some race? and some place? Both of which he had heard about before.

"What are the Icarus and what is the Western Wastes like?", he asked curiously.

@SimplyJohn he noticed a lady with glasses balanced on a serving tray ask him a question. He smiled broadly as she was quite pretty. "I'll have one glass of red wine please." He answered promptly, still with the smile on his face, and hoping he wasn't blushing.

Clark turned his gaze away from the barkeep to notice a guy addressing him. He looked an adventurer with the clothes the fellow was wearing and he seemed to be friendly. Somehow even in Clark's foul mood he managed a smile.

Offering a chair to the fellow, "Sure have a seat man. It would be nice to meet someone a bit more civil around here." He stated with a meaningful look towards the Goron.

He is a master at close combat with a variety of weapons.

He can fast fall through water and he cannot drown.

History: Bobby Slik was just another pawn, in his world. All slimes lived in the desert and somehow were able to go about their daily lives without melting from the hot sun, that was always there shining down on them. Their buildings were primitive wooden shacks and their lessons were limited to battle field tactics and how to use different weapons-which were both taught to them by veteran fighter slimes.

Their food was provided to them by the lizard men race that they shared the desert with, this food included: cactus, scorpions, very tiny snakes and other things.

Their gear was provided to them by Golems, or great man like figures made completely out of rock. The golems lived in the mountains on the outskirts of the desert, the golems came over very rarely. When they did arrive, they would hand over the gear they made and then leave-that's it. They got all sorts of weapons and shields which came out of the Golems forges.

There was one monster, who lived in a fortress in the sky that controlled half the world's races (including the slimes, lizard men and golems) and the other half were too scared to confront him and so his power continued unabated.

Bobby Slik lived the fighter life of a pawn underneath the monster in the sky only living to learn to fight. And after that, he fought and fought and fought in battles, as that is what the sky monster desired. He became sick of this oppression and wanted to get out of it. So one day in the night he snuck away from the slime encampment and was traveling across the desert, when he saw a portal.

Out of curiosity he entered into it and found himself in a different dimension.
Miff's eyes widened at Cinia's generous offer. "Sure I can help out around a farm, it can't be too tough. And thanks so much for providing shelter for me." he said with a big grin on his face.

He then turned towards Leith but before he could answer her question Linia answered it first. It was too bad really because he had his hopes of letting others know that he had paid attention to 'street signs', he thought they were called.

He then heard Leith say something else and he was curious to learn more. "What dimension has ships?" He asked quizzically.

Bobby Slik had only spent two days in Davenport, having gone through a portal to get there. But he had already landed a job as a shoe salesman in his human form at the downtown part of the city.

And he was loving this job. Overall he could answer most questions customers asked but there was one customer who just wanted answers and then some more. This customer was a young girl maybe about twelve years old and she wanted to buy a pair of blue running shoes. So she brought the shoes over to where Bobby was stalking the shelf, asking him, "Where are these made?" Bobby knew they came from a factory and that was his reply, "A factory."

The questions continued.

"Why?"

"Because, it is easier for workers to make shoe's there."

"Why?"

"Because, they have materials to make it there."

"Why?"

At this point his eyebrows lowered and he said, "They just do."

The girl was stunned at his reply and miraculously, only said ok, instead of the dreaded why question.

Two long hours later, Bobby quickly headed out of the store having let the manager know he done his work and rounded the corner home. He headed into an alleyway and made sure no one was around him as he changed into his slime form.

Then he tried walking some more.

It was like taking baby steps, because he was trying to put the lower end of his slime body totally into two shoes, and lift them and drop them, like a person walking and it was very difficult. But he liked a challenge and so he kept at it.

Clark was busy drinking at a noisy Tavern, on the outskirts of Davenport. This particular Tavern had a couple dancers on tables and a musician playing a harp on the stage at the far side of the room.

Unfortunately though he couldn't enjoy the music or watch the dancing because he was here on business.

At his table there were two figures in cloaks and that was all he could really tell about them. But he had heard the rumors about them, it was said that these two had enough power between them to slay demons by barely lifting a finger. And so Clark listened to them attentively.

About ten minutes later Clark had his mission, it was simple, get rid of the threat(s) at the hotel.

Clark didn't enjoy being laughed at over a simple misunderstanding and so, before the goron even finished speaking he turned away and went to a corner table to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. At least he hoped there would be some here, further away from the barkeep.

That and he was in a testy mood. He tapped his foot at his table, which normally he wouldn't do but in his bad mood he expected the barkeep to come to him and quickly.
I'm just putting in interest here about joining. I know its full, but if you can take another person in the future let me know.
Clark glared at the creature eating the rocks and calling him brother. He did not know this thing rock munching before him and so they were definitely not brothers.

He addressed the creature roughly, "Look 'buddy', thats rocks your eating, nobody eats rocks. I can understand eating brownies, everyone is supposed to eat brownies. Get it?" He asked dangerously, as he raised his eyebrows.

Race:Human

Ability:He can pick locks with ease.

Alignment:Villain

Biography:He was raised by a poor and ill natured family on the edge of a major city. He was taught hard work and if he didn't work hard he was beaten up by his father who, lifted blocks of stone to build a castle for a living-while he was still in his prime and taught how to lie by his mother who was a thief for the local thieves guild. As he grew up he listened to them talk about the world and he grew impatient to be on his own and experience it for himself.

So at the young age of ten he ran away from it, and that same day he witnessed a sword fight between a group of bandits and a lone swordsman. Later having defeated the bandits with ease this lone swordsmen noticed the boy and beckoned him over.

In short order the lone swordsmen took the boy under his wing and taught him his trade, that of a mercenary. Fighting others for money, without fail, using any dirty tactic possible, a life with or without notoriety depending on the mercenary.

Ten years passed before he left his 'mercenary father,' and that was when his powers manifested.
Just when he was getting the hang of his powers, he was sent on a difficult mission in which he had to infiltrate a mansion to get a target and that was when his lock picking ability became apparent. Every day he was becoming a more confident swordsman that could take on anyone without fear.

A couple years later, using his money as he wished and having yet another employer having empty his money bags to Clark and he had to find work elsewhere.

Then one day he found a portal and entered a different dimension.

Within two days of being in this different dimension he heard of a Tavern.

This Tavern was home to a powerful group of beings with evil purposes and he decided to make his way there, post haste. Because if he could serve someone with great power then in turn he would have great power.

Biography:Michelle was born and lived the early part of her childhood in the village of Lisen. From an early age she learned to be responsible as she had four younger brothers and sisters to look after. Michelle herself was taught the basics of how to look after everything at the young age of ten. She didn't mind that she had a lot of work and that she couldn't go to school, except for the summers when her parents had a few months booked holiday to take time away from their jobs.

It wasn't all work for her at that time, her and her family went on trips across country to go camping, to water parks, to mountain climbing, all this outdoors y kind of stuff. These trips built her confidence and helped her make new friends.

At the age of sixteen she moved to Pavar, and started at the school there in grade ten, it was tough at first being in a new area with new people but she adapted. And when she was lonely she always went for a walk and saw the sights and that would take her mind away from negative thoughts. At high school she started to hang out with a couple of friends she made and then went out around the city shopping, skateboarding, to the theatre, to the convenience store for a soda pop, with the little money her parents bothered to give her here and there.

Her Awakening: It was the summer after she had finished her grade ten year when they were on a camping trip. This particular day just her and her dad decided to hike up a moutain and they were most of the way up. Michelle was getting sick of having to wait for her father to catch up to her and she looked over her shoulder to see a grizzly bear right behind him, she wanted to faint. Her eyes went wide and her face became almost the color of chalk as she tried to get a word out to warn her dad. Her father saw the look she gave his way and checked behind him and panicked as he slipped on a rock and fell in front of the bear.

The bear saw a victim and raised its paw to put it down and that's when michelle yelled, "NO!!!" a sound wave came out of her mouth and struck the bear hard, it put a paw to its head as it must have had a bad headache and ran down the mountain away from them.

She was confused at how her voice had changed like that, but obviously it had and then the shock of everything that just happened came crashing down on her. She hugged her dad and made sure never to let him out of her sight again while they were on that camping trip.

When she entered grade twelve she decided to get a job directing traffic with her special voice, and she has been doing that ever since.
