Bio
My name is Geraldo da Silva Chipandi, I am the best Text RPG player in Angola, and I aim to win The International (DOTA 2), the biggest video game championship in the world.
I am 23 years old, 1.84 m tall. Nationality: Angolan. My mental skills are: sharp information analysis and creativity.
“Text RPG is more than entertainment; it is a simulation of strategic thinking, risk analysis, behavioral reading, and emotional training for real life.” RPG is not just pretty storytelling or the exchange of flowery described attacks. It is environmental reading, risk management, and applied intelligence.
• TEXT RPG STYLES •
▸ Combat RPG: this is the refuge of those who need to win in order to feel like someone. The game is reduced to confrontation, the counting of victories, and the illusion of superiority. Each triumph inflates the player’s ego — but only inside their own head, because outside of it, no one really cares.
Player focus: winning, surpassing others. Psychological reward: pride, a sense of power.
▸ Narrative / real-life RPG: here, the center of the game is not victory, but experience. Each scene functions as a psychological immersion, provoking real emotions and exposing vulnerabilities. Every scene is an internal confrontation: desires, fears, pride. One does not play to win; one plays to feel the impact.
Player focus: living the story, feeling intensely, exploring emotional limits. Psychological reward: intense excitement, emotional connection, …
Text RPGs are not merely entertainment. They are tools of psychological stimulation. The style someone chooses says far more about the player than about the game itself.
