A time of choices, decisions and consequences.
One year and six months have passed. The time that passed after the Oppression of Shoji had came to dawn on the land. Though it was short, just a few months, the results of it are great. Some say even grave. Iwagakure was heavily damaged after the big flying benemoth Kenjou punished with cannonballs the village that had managed to liberate itself. Only then to be stopped by a combined effort of Konoha, Ame and Kumogakure forces.
The aftermath of the battle was that the combined forces managed to save more destruction from Shoji's triumph card. In the past one and a half year, the villages managed to restore their original system again. But the damage to Iwagakure placed the political dominance more on the other states. Now Konohagakure, Kumogakure and Kirigakure are the ones that have the most to say, though the Fire Union that is being led by the Hokage is the one with the biggest military power at the current time. Though both Kumogakure and Kirigakure are slowing taking their own actions to try to increase their own strength.
But what will come of it? Will it give rise to tensions? Tensions that will give rise to another Shinobi World War? Or will it balance the three out? There is also Sunagakure, that has likely recovered from it past war, the short and brutal war against the once Kumo and Konoha alliance. Many questions that require an answer. Answers that will likely come over time.
Where are you in all of this? Will you be standing on the frontlines, trying to train and be ready to serve your village when it might all fall down? Or will you have your own plans? Take up the gear, raise your head, clench your fists and salute!
This is maybe your time and there is only way of finding it out.
Everybody, have a fun time and watch out for those sneaky ninjas.
Even when the IC is open, there will be likely time to join. We always have made it possible for people to jump in or helped them to jump into the story. ;)
It will be open over a hour. I am putting the last pieces together. ;)

To start : very interesting KG. Have seen quite a lot of custom KG's passing by, but not one like this before. There for I want to say : nicely done.
But time to review, eh?
1.) Think you indeed mixed the traits and skills up. No biggie, just swap them back. :)
2. ) I do think you need to tone down the 'Cloud Mist'. A fireball to a firestorm? That might implicate that it empowers some moves way too much. So if you would lower it down that is fine. I do get it are examples, but rather have it toned down. Simply saying it strengthens a technique by a little would do.
I am also against that the sensory part goes that far in details. To fully know what a persons emotions, strength or such or such details, with a technique is OP. It would be okay if he can memorize chakra signatures, thus figuring out who he knows (Team members, sensei etc.) and who not, but further than that wouldn't be acceptable.
Also am not fully willing to accept ''one of the most skilled sensory ninja in the world.'' Maybe an option to tone it down to : A clan of sensory shinobi who gained some fame for their skilled sensory skill.
Doesn't take down the concept, but makes it sounds less all too powerful, which helps to keep it balanced and thus : fair.
3. ) Maybe an idea to change Water Stream with : Wild Water Wave
That is my review for now. ^^

What is this?
Good question! This is the interest check for the success Naruto RP on the old RPG, New Generations. It has taken some time, but we're coming back and offering new people the chance to join us in the RP.
What can I expect from it then?
What is there to expect? If you're familiar with Naruto, then you likely have a good idea what it entitles. But the RP is even open for those who are new to the setting and universe. After all, it's an Alternate Universe, with it's own detailed background and history. But don't despair or give up yet! Whether you're new to Rp'ing, new to the setting or what so ever, you can expect a GM team and players ready to guide you on your way. After all, we are focused on helping each other so that we all can have some fun. Together.
Okay, but is there a way I can ask things? For like, if I already have some work, can I show it already?
After all, we do need to keep an eye on that as well.
Are there any requirements?
Psh, no not really. Are you active? Want to be in a fun group and RP with some very friendly people? Then you're qualified! We aren't that picky and often give people a chance to join. Not to prove themselves, as we often give positions like Jounin to people that have shown they want to work for it. Is English not your first language? Who bothers? It's not my first language as well, but I suspect that many can read it. Or at least hope they do.... Will- Oh rats. I am rambling!
But hope you will decide to join and give it a try. What do you have to lose? Nothing? Thought so. ;)

For now we want to fill up the other villages, that means you need to have two characters in other places before we can allow you to have a Konohagakure Genin.

We accept custom dojutsu and such, but if it's similiar to the sharingan, why not just make it the sharingan? If it has different abilities, I would rather want it to have a different ancestry. Else it would look like many things can evolve or devolve from the sharingan. Which isn't really preferable, in my opinion. A sensory dojutsu would thus be okay to create, but as long as it is balanced and makes in a way a bit sense. :)

The fact you managed to make the CS look great, while doing it on your makes me already smile. As for the review, I would like :
1.) Speed far greater than most Genin? What about a very fast speed? Some genin are fast and to have such traits would sometimes cause a bit of a discussion of who is faster. If you would like to change to a great/fast speed above average genin, I would love that.
2.) I think the custom Jutsu Water Geyser is more of a C ranked than a D ranked jutsu. Maybe by causing that the earth tremble a bit before the water burst out of the ground, to make it more of a weaker ranked jutsu? :)
Other than that, is the character perfectly fine and I can't wait to review it again once you have made the changes. :)
