Jake and Greyin walked in, Jake going to Cassie and kissing her cheek. "Mornin'!" He said with a smile.

Auryn calmed a little but continued his fussing.

"They think someone killed an elder?" Zahara asked, keeping her voice down.

Ryland nodded. "I grew up around them, my siblings and I have trained and raised several horses, Avera's probably the best at it though," Ryland said. "What about you? Did you do a lot of riding?"

Avera gave both horses fresh water and feed before going inside. "Alright, Niobe is settled," She said.

Ryland smiled and took Aura's hand, starting downstairs. "Have fun?" He asked Caex.

Avera put Niobe in a stall next to Steele and gave her coat and mane a quick brushing to help calm the mare's nerves at being in a new place.

"Okay daddy," Kenna said, kissing his cheek then squirming out of his arm, running to the kitchen. Cally and Chloe copied Kenna and followed, giggling. Alyss smiled at the sight. "You're such a good daddy," She said to him.

Auryn fussed and kicked his little feet, his tummy hurting and he felt restless.

"Go on in and see if Auntie Lilly is finished cooking," Zahara said, watching Jordan run off before turning to Pakuna. "Is it from Melanie? She's supposed to visit today."
