Fiera went to run after them but Ziza chirped loudly and climbed up her leg. It'd be better to stay, all of her equipment was here if she needed to fix Rory.

River didn't even bother dodging as the arrows bounced off of him harmlessly.

Caera finished gathering the herbs she needed and put them in her shoulder bag, looking to where Vesper was curled up in the middle of the nearby stream. "For a fire breather, you sure do like the water," She said with a smile. "Com'on, we should get back to the academy." Vesper blinked slowly and stood, shaking the excess water from her wings and hide before going and kneeling to let Caera on.

Fiera jumped up and ran out, not seeing Rory she already reached out her cyberkinesis. "Tala, he's the other way!" She called.

River had grabbed his gun and ran off in the direction that Fiera had said.

Caera was out in the forest gathering herbs for her healer lessons when she found Vesper injured. With a little help, Caera tamed Vesper enough to nurse her back to full health and Vesper decided to stick around.

Caera was born to a warrior and the village's healer and it became evident that she wasn't much of a fighter unless it was ranged combat and she had no other choice. Once she was old enough, her mother began training her as a healer and after she met Vesper, she was placed in the training academy as well.
