Caera had been on several runs with the crew she had recently joined with, it wasn't work she was fond of but, it was work nonetheless. Currently, it was taking a prisoner to the slam for a very nice chunk of UDs. Even though she knew that their captain was going to cut into the crew's shares out of greed, saying that he was forced to negotiate a much lower price for their meal ticket just so he could have most of it to himself. Most days she wondered why he even had a crew if he was going to be such a scrooge and then she remembered, he was a lazy bastard and far too scared to actually do any dirty work. That reminded her that she was supposed to relieve Waylen for guard duty. She swung her legs over the edge of her bed and caught a brief glance at her reflection. Same red hair, same green eyes and same smattering of freckles across her nose and cheeks.
She pulled on her boots and grabbed her rifle, walking to the holding cells, ignoring the cat calls from some of the prisoners before stopping just outside of a completely solid, metal cell and knocking. When the door opened, Caera smiled before walking inside. "Sorry, didn't notice the time," She said to the older man. "It's fine, he hasn't done much anyways," He said. She nodded and took her seat, watching the man in the cage placed in the center of the room. "Call if you need something or there's trouble," The man said before leaving.
